- located on the prestigious gated community of High Gate Park which is conveniently located for all attractions & major roads US 192 and I4. Pool - South facing (essential in winter months ) lots of sun all year round - enormous extended deck (not all homes benefit from this feature), - outside shower - pool toys are provided for the children - pool fence is in place on your arrival for your protection and can be lowered if required - pool can be heated if required - pool blanket is provided to keep the pool and spa warm during the winter months. - lanai to offer shade when needed - lights, spa functions and heating functions can be controlled from a panel just inside the home unlike most other villas where you have to go around the side of the home to find these. - loungers /patio table/ chairs is located under a much needed fan. - garden planting gives you privacy around the pool area - elevated position and are not overlooked from behind or from the street unlike corner plots. - pool area is screened to protect you from the local wildlife - peaceful location which offers much need rest and relaxation time. Great Room - furnished to a high standard - two dining areas, one large formal dining table and one breakfast nook overlooking the pool - large sofa's - entertainment centre with TV + cable, DVD with movies ,CD + MP3 attachment and music provided - Board Games, books, magazines and playing cards. - 4 large bedrooms - all with Cable TV - alarm clocks - spacious closets and storage There are two Master suites with their own bathrooms and flat screen TV's. First Master suite - King size bed - walk in closet - dresser - nightstands with table lamps - flat screen cable TV - patio window overlooking the pool area. En-suite bathroom - mirrored walls with spot lights - his and her basins - walk in shower - corner bath with separate WC - hairdryer is also provided. Second Master Suite - Queen sized bed - dresser with mirror and storage - flat screen cable TV Adjacent bathroom - bath with shower - basin Two further bedrooms - perfect for families access to hallway of twin can be locked so children only then have access through the dressing area of bathroom in to the double room where their parents are staying this a nice secure feature - one twin and one double - own access to the hallway - en-suite access from each bedroom to a jack and jill bathroom - dressing area and basin which leads to a separate room with bath /shower and WC - Twin and Double both have - Cable TV - Nightstand - Table lamp - Radio/Alarm Clocks - Closets - Chest of Drawers Kitchen - large fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons - range/hob/microwave/dishwasher fridge freezer and waste disposal - all amenities are provided such as toaster/kettle/coffee machine - home phone allows you to receive incoming calls and make outgoing local calls free of charge - separate laundry area with a washer, dryer and iron and ironing board - All linen/ towels / pool towels are provided.
