| The villa offers exceptionally spacious accommodation being 1,900 sq ft of airconditioned space, and all the furnishings in the villa are to the highest standard. There are three bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, TV and en-suite bathroom with marble tub and double shower, there are two additional double bedrooms one also has a TV and DVD player and there is a family bathroom.
The large lounge doubles as a fourth bedroom having a queen size sofa bed and there is a seperate formal dining room seating six. The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast nook with table and chairs and also a breakfast bar with stools. There is a utility room with washer and dryer and the villa has a security alarm. The family room comes with comfortable leather sofa's, a TV, DVD, Music system and from the telephone guests can make free calls within the USA and Canada, we also offer guests high speed internet access if they wish to take a laptop. The screened pool area has tables chairs and loungers and the pool can be heated if required. There is a double garage to keep your car cool and the villa is set in large pleasant gardens. The property backs onto a small woodland conservation area giving a lovely wooded aspect to the rear of the property overlooking the pool and there is a small paved BBQ area. The villa is situated on prestigious Windwood Drive, Windward Cay, which is a very pretty residential area, surrounded by woods and trees with its own small lake and is often referred to as a 'hidden jewel in Kissimmee's crown' This area offers very quick access to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and all the major theme parks. It is conveniently located in central Kissimmee and is only a short walk to the hugh Wal-mart Superstore and very near to the action packed Highway 192 with its vast range of shopping, restaurants and leisure amenities with Disney Maingate around a 5 mile drive to the West.
