| The villa has its own luxurious 30 foot x 15 foot private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by a large extended patio and includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan.
The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March). The pool area is very private and backs onto grassland rather than being overlooked by other villas. It is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The villa has a large open plan seating area called the Living room which is located at the center of the property. It has a large set of patio doors leading out onto the pool deck and four of the villas five bedrooms lead off from this room, making it the central hub of the house. The room contains two luxurious sofas, , and an entertainment centre. This includes a LCD television with cable TV and a DVD system. If you need a bit of quiet time, send the children to the pool area and come relax in the Living room with a good book. The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and smoothie maker. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses provided for your safety when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food! There is a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls are charged as taken. Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the back of the garage which can be accessed internally from the villa. The villa contains five large bedrooms allowing up to 9 adults to sleep comfortably. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, so you can be sure that they remain at a constantly cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will help towards giving you a good nights sleep. The Master Suite is located at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool area. It has a fantastic Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower, his n hers basins, large vanity mirror, and a WC. The room has an abundance of storage space provided by a large walk in closet. The 2nd Master Suite is located on the opposite side of the villa to the first master. It features a Queen sized bed and a ensuite bathroom complete with a shower unit, WC, basin and vanity mirror. Both Master Suites also have a 20' television with cable TV and a DVD player. 3 and 4 are located next to each other. They would be ideal rooms for any children in your party as bedroom 4 contains two single beds and bedroom 3 has just one single bed. Bedroom 4 has the added advantage of being at the rear of the villa so it looks out onto the pool deck. The villas family bathroom is conveniently located in the same short hallway as bedrooms 3 and 4. It features a bath/shower unit, WC, basin and vanity mirror. The bathroom has a second door which opens directly onto the pool deck, ideal if you need a quick shower after a refreshing swim. Bedroom 5 is at the very front of the villa and contains a double sized bed. With the exception of the first master suite which has a large walk in closet, the other four bedrooms have ample storage space provided by large built in closets and drawers. The villa has two dining areas, the Dining area and the Breakfast Nook. The dining room adjoins the Living room and kitchen area. It has a good sized modern marble topped table and six chairs, and is ideal for those special dining occasions as well as the more casual ones. The breakfast nook is part of the Kitchen area. It has a round glass topped table and four chairs. We have just installed a great games room featuring a full sized Air Hockey Table and a Pool Table. For added security we a fully operational alarm system installed. |
