Our fully air conditioned villa is tastefully decorated in a bright, modern way to reflect the sunshine and natural beauty of Florida. The villa has one king size master ensuite bedroom with balcony, another master king size with patio doors to poolside, and three further twin bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms and a W.C. The villa is well appointed throughout to a high specification. It is tiled throughout with a large decorative rug in the main seating arena. This double storey height room has a cathedral ceiling and gallery. It is luxuriously furnished and decorated with two large leather sofas, and a large coffee table plus two occasional tables, which are wrought iron with coloured slate tops. There is a second lounge area to the front of the house, which is carpeted and also has two large leather sofas, a coffee table and two occasional tables. The master en-suite is a stunning bedroom with balcony that overlooks the lake. This room, along with all the other upstairs rooms has recently been redecorated and had new carpeting fitted. It has been elegantly furnished with a luxurious king size bed, with extra deep mattress. The matching furniture adds to the decadent feel of this gorgeous retreat. The room is bright and spacious with double patio doors that lead out to the balcony. Here there are two seats and a table where you can enjoy the view with your morning coffee or watching the Disney fireworks in the evening. The second master bedroomi s on the ground floor and has double patio doors leading to the pool-side and lanai. It is carpeted and has fitted wardrobes. It is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom which it shares with the downstairs twin bedroom. This room has recently been refurbished and decorated (November 06). There are two twin bedrooms upstairs, which are deemed most suitable for children and are decorated with cartoon character prints. These rooms are across the galleried landing from the master en-suite bedroom. One is a ‘Mickey’ themed room the second more suitable for teenagers. Both have recently been redecorated and had new carpeting fitted. They share a bathroom, which lies in between both. The other downstairs twin bedroom is opposite the second master bedroom. This room has tiled flooring with a decorative rug. It is tastefully themed as a Winnie the Pooh room with colourful prints and cable TV. This is the coolest bedroom in the villa. It lies adjacent to the downstairs bathroom, which it shares the downstairs master bedroom. When not sightseeing, during the daytime the best way to relax and soak up the glorious Florida sunshine is to lie by the lovely, kidney shaped pool and indulge in the odd swim. The luxury of this pool is the perfect peace and privacy, as it is sheltered by shrubs to the sides and gently swaying palm trees to the front. You will never tire of the magnificent view of the lake. |
