It has five bedrooms, sleeping 11 people comfortably, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a family room and a double integral garage containing games facilities with an air hockey table and table football. The pool is 30 ft x 15 ft and is set in an extended private, south facing deck, the perfect spot to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the lake and nature reserve. The furnishings throughout the house are of a very high standard to make your stay as luxurious as possible.
The villa is of superior quality and offers unsurpassed benefits and freedom compared to staying in local hotels. Our Florida home has 1 master en-suite king sized bedroom with TV, 1 triple room containing a queen sized bed and a single bed, 2 queen sized bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There are also 2 other full bathrooms, a luxurious living room with Cable TV, DVD and VCR, open plan dining area and kitchen. The fully fitted kitchen includes modern units, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave oven, coffee maker and is fully equipped to make a quick snack or a full evening meal. Also provided for your convenience - telephone with free local calls, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, towels and all bed linen. Our villa is situated 5 minutes from a 24 hour Wal*Mart, 10 minutes from highway 192 and all it's attractions, and 20 minutes from Disney World.
