| The villa is brand new only 5 months old and is situated on a small gated community 15 minutes from Disney. Our property backs onto a conservation area and enjoys plenty of Floridian sunshine. The site has tennis courts and a tot lot.
The villa boasts 5 bedrooms. 2 Master bedrooms with King-size beds and identical en-suites. 1 on the ground floor has patio access to the pool area. The 4 remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. 3 of which, have twin beds and a second master bedroom. You will also find a family bathroom and loft area with TV, Playstation and internet access to keep the children amused. 4 of the bedrooms have their own TVs. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable Formal Room, a place to totally unwind. A well equipped Kitchen, The Nook (dining area) which has a great outlook over the conservation area. The open plan Family Room which houses a 32†TV, this room also backs out onto the Pool and Spa area through large patio doors. A bathroom with wc and wash basin. The laundry room has all the mod cons with super-size washer and a dryer (so no big wash loads to do on arriving home). The west facing Pool area boasts an over-sized pool and inviting Spa with plenty of patio furniture to lounge on. Also for your convenience you will find an outside wc and shower area.
