| Lake View House
Lake View House is a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with a games room. It overlooks the lake in the new resort community of Windsor Hills which less than 2 miles to the entrance to Disney. Windsor Hills is an exclusive resort style gated community with great facilities for all guests to enjoy including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, Internet room and a video arcade. There is also children's playground, a sand volleyball court and a 48 seat movie theatre. It is perfectly located for visiting all of the attractions as it is less thank two miles from the entrance to Disney World. Shops, 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants are only a few minutes away on US192. Lakeview House, with its beautiful views over the lake, is the perfect place for large parties to recover in privacy, from a hard day at the parks or golf course, without being overlooked from the back. The brick paved pool area has a 28ftx14ft pool and adjoining spa for lots of fun in the sun. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large covered lanai area with its overhead fan. There are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view and there is a child safety fence in place to keep young children away from the pool unless supervised. Inside, the spacious, fully air-conditioned villa with its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeps up to 12 guests. There are three Master bedroom suites, two with King beds and two with Queen beds. There are also two twin bedrooms finished in Disney themes. Each bedroom has a TV and there are several DVD players and a Playstation 2 with games. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. There is also a games room with a pool table and air hockey. Lake View House has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless Internet, DVDs & board games and a baby equipment package including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors. This fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use on the pool deck. |
