| With five beds, and four -half bathrooms (the half is a toilet/washroom by the pool), it is suitable for two families to share.
It has three separate indoor seating areas (one with a PS2 upstairs for the children), a ground floor master (king size bed) with magnificent en-suite, and a second master (king size bed) with en-suite upstairs, two rooms with twin beds & a further room with a queen bed. In the living room there is a further queen sofa bed. We also have another full-sized bathroom on the ground floor. There is a formal dining room as well as a breakfast nook, a fully equipped kitchen (side by side fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc). The seperate utility area with washer,dryer and ironing equipment is by the garage. Each bedroom has cable TV, the 'loft' has TV, DVD player and PS2, and the family room has TV and DVD. The pool is accessed by the family room & ground floor master bedroom, and benefits from a covered lanai, with ceiling fan and furniture. The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table, air hockey, foos-ball & dartboard. The house is of course air conditioned with all linen provided. Tuscan Hills has its own club house with a Fitness Room, children's indoor play area, lounge, 'Tot-Lot' & palm garden available for our quests. We have wireless internet in the house and a telephone is provided with free local calls. The management company can assist with providing additional services such as maid service , welcome pack and tourist information. |
