| Our luxurious 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa , has all you will need to make your stay in Florida a most memorable experience.The villa is located just off the US27 one mile south of the US192. So it is ideally placed to visit all the attractions that Orlando has to offer.
The very private, large south facing pool and spa have both been extended, and the pool furniture is comfortable to relax on. Because of the cul- de- sac location of the villa, the pool area is extremely private, you cannot see the neighbours. Outside the pool screen, the villa also has plenty of garden for the kids to play in. There are 3 master suites, 2 kingsize and the 3rd a queen. All 3 have beautiful ensuite bathrooms. There are a further 2 twin rooms, one of these is 'Nemo' themed and the other 'Flip Flop' themed for the kids. A fourth bathroom is next to the 2 twins. All bedrooms have TV and DVD's.(4 of these are flat screens) Also upstaairs, there is a 'den' area with a 50'plasma screen to watch movies in comfort. A selection of DVDs have been provided. Downstairs there is a family room with a further TV, here there is sleeping for 2 more on the comfortable sofa bed(if required). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a further living room and a formal dining area for those special meals. The villa has a games room, with full size pool table, fusball, electronic air hocket and electronic darts. The villa also has a Nintendo Wii and an Xbox both with games. There is also a laundry room for your use. All phone calls both local and international are FREE. High speed internet. Wireless mobile MiFi is available for use at the villa or to take with you whilst visiting any attractions. The MiFi is credit card sized so can be carried easily in a pocket.There is a small charge if mobile internet access is required. |

| We fell in love with this house the minute we walked in.It was so much bigger than the pictures. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. We were amazed at the family room / kitchen and we spent a lot of time together in these rooms. The house and pool made our vacation a dream. With 9 of us we never felt crowded.
