| The villa is nestled in the exclusive Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 cloakrooms, this elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for families sleeping up to 14 guests in comfort. There is nothing standard about this villa. In addition to its oversized lot, every conceivable upgrade has been added.
The villa has a spacious family room to relax in with 2 large sofas and an easy chair all in soft leather. Suitably accompanied with a 50' cable LCD HDTV with recordable hard drive and a DVD player. Sit back and watch over 400 channels as well as Premiership, Champions League and UEFA Cup football, matches shown every day. Record your favourite shows and playback later fast forwarding through all the adverts! Step out from the family room under the covered lanai and on to the over extended pool deck, which surrounds the sparkling clear 30 x 15 ft pool and bubbling spa that cascades in to the main pool. This area is the most secluded plot on the Tower Lake development. Sit and relax either on the comfortable deck furniture in the shade or the additional furniture at the back of the pool as you soak in the Florida sunshine and watch the faetured jets and sprays. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it. For extra security, all doors leading outside, either front or back are equipped with an alarm chime so you know who is coming and going! Sleeping accommodation at the villa includes two king size master bedroom suites, with large cable TV's, walk-in closet space, both with master en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, and toilet. The third master also enjoys a king-size bed and similar luxuries to the other two. Its en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the hall. Bedrooms four and five, have 2 twin beds, plus a nearby family bathroom. Finally, the 6th bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, (again can also be accessed from the hall) has twin bunk beds which sleeps three plus a further single twin bed. There is a hairdryer in every bathroom for your use. All bedrooms come complete with night-stands with lamp, dresser, telephone, TV with over 80 channels, DVD, alarm clock radio and closet space. Total sleeping for up to 14 people in all. A PS2 is also available for your enjoyment (US version). The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to prepare a family feast. Meals can be enjoyed at the Dining Table overlooking the pool or you can dine al fresco at either of the tables outside. You can also have a quick snack at the breakfast bar. This villa comes equipped with all bed linens, towels as well as Pool Towels for your usage. A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are located in the Utility room if you need to do any quick washing. For your further entertainment there is a large A/C games and fitness room which has a Cross trainer, Table Football (Foosball), 7ft Air Hockey and a 8ft Pool Table which can be flipped to Table Tennis/Ping Pong if desired. Outside on the patio there is also a full size Table Tennis table. The house is equipped with FREE Wireless Internet Access throughout. Furthermore, all Local, National and International calls are free (conditions apply). A travel cot and High Chair are also provided free of charge. A library of books, DVD's and P/s2 games is available for your enjoyment as well as cards and Poker chips. |

Your villa must be one of the best if not THE best in Florida when it comes to rental. We were very much at home and lacked for nothing. I was amazed at how perfectly everything was decorated and everything was way above the mark. On a 1 to 10 your place is a 15. The game room was very entertaining and kept the younger part of our group busy when not in the pool, spa or on the go. Your location was as I thought and was just far enough away from attractions to be able to travel but yet close enough so the commute was easy and quick, whether it be the coasts or amusement. Your home location was perfect, for added privacy being a corner lot with only one home next door which happened to be vacant during our stay.

We had a brilliant time an dthe most popular areas, being the pool and the games room.After a tiring day walking round the parks the first thing we all did was jump in the pool. It was such a relaxing environment. We found teh house very comfortable and spacious, thank God for AC! The location was ideal with traffic always moving freely unlike 192 which seemed congested all the time.
