| The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 reception areas, is fully air conditioned, and has been described by our guests as a “Home from Home”. It is perfectly situated within a minute’s walk of the children’s play area, tennis court and the golf course club house.From the entrance foyer you enter a spacious living / dining room area. The living area contains a sofa (which can convert to a double bed) and chair. The dining area has a stunning glass topped table to seat 6 for elegant dining.
The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast nook includes a double door American fridge/freezer with ice maker, a family size dishwasher, built-in microwave oven, coffee machine, all cutlery and cooking utensils. Glassware, linens and towels are provided. There is also a utility area off the kitchen with washing machine and tumble drier. The telephone is free for all local calls and can be used with a credit card for other calls or (more economically) with pre-paid phone cards from the local supermarket. From the kitchen you lead into the family room with cable TV, DVD player, and a selection of books. The perfect area to relax, after a hard day visiting the theme parks or golfing, and begin planning your next day’s adventure. The family room leads out to the fully screened swimming pool, spa and patio area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom, with large shower and separate bath. It also has patio doors leading directly onto the pool area. Our villa has two further bedrooms, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed. These share their own bathroom, situated between the two rooms. Both bathrooms have hairdryers fitted. We provide all bed linens, towels etc. All bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, clock radio, ceiling fans and have ample closet and drawer space. To take advantage of our extra large plot size, we have provided a larger swimming pool, together with extra decking area. We have also splashed out on a spa and waterfall feature to make the pool area extra special. There is a covered area for those seeking shade from the hot Florida sun. The patio is equipped with sun beds and a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. For the safety of your family, the pool area is equipped with a screen that can be easily erected to stop unsupervised children having access to the pool. Patio doors leading to the pool are also alarmed. A crib and highchair can be found in the closet area of the master bedroom and are provided free of charge for the youngest of our guests. The villa is professionally cleaned before each new arrival and the swimming pool and gardens are maintained and cleaned regularly by our property managers (who live down the road) and the pool may be heated during the cooler months if required. |
