| Tuscan Ridge is a well-established community of delightful properties, nestled in the orange groves of Florida, along highway 27. Tuscan Ridge provides the perfect base for your Disney vacation in Orlando, with excellent access to the main routes from this quiet neighborhood. In addition to the nearby attractions, your family can enjoy the use of amenities provided at Tuscan Ridge including tennis courts, a kids tot-lot, volleyball court, leafy walks, and a clubhouse with fitness center (restricted access). Each of the executive size homes offers exclusive vacation comforts, and surroundings that you'll adore, without breaking the budget!
Tuscan Sun Villa has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, with comfortable, relaxing furnishings, a large screen TV (42 ' LCD HDTV )with DVD player and stereo surround sound system - so you can watch your favorite movies, or listen to the music that you love (Family movie titles and CD's provided). The family room leads out to the stunning and sparkling pool and bubbling spa pool, to ease away the aches gathered from a day at the theme parks, and has an oversize deck that's perfect for sun-lovers to soak in the rays while relaxing of the deck furnishings thoughtfully provided. Heating of the pool and spa is optionally available for additional comfort to our guests. All doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. Sleeping accommodation at Tuscan Sun includes a master bedroom, which features a sleep-soft full-size bed with nightstands, lamps, telephone, clock/radio, plus walk-in closet space, and a dresser with a TV and DVD player, plus a master bathroom with vanity basin, toilet, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi-style bath tub. The second master bedroom also enjoys a sumptuous full-size bed, plus nightstand with lamp, clock/radio, plus dresser with cable TV and DVD player, closet space, and en-suite bathroom. A further junior master is furnished with the same comforts, and shares an adjacent family bathroom with one of the twin bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms ideal for the kids, with 2 twin beds in each, nightstands, cable TV, closet space, and an adjacent or nearby shared family bathroom. One of these rooms has a games console and games. The other has been delightfully themed with Disney decoration including Mickey Mouse TV and DVD palyer and plush toys that young children will adore! Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted into a queen-size bed for extra guests. The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to enjoy a family feast or a quick snack. Kettle , toaster, coffee maker , blender are all provided for your convenience. Choose to dine at the breakfast nook or the large dining area. A stunning games room has been installed into the double garage. It includes an Air Hockey, Foosball & Pool tables, an Arcade machine, Darts and a Basketball hoop game. The pool table can be easily converted to a table tennis game. This vacation home also offers the FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local, long distance and international telephone calls from this vacation rental by Disney (some restrictions apply – see terms), so no more buying phone cards….it's all inclusive. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Our villa also benefits from remote control air conditioning, fans and lights and dual control air con for upstairs. | How far from Disney World is Tuscan Sun It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Disney World Main Gate from Tuscan Sun. There are several routes you can take depending on traffic conditions. Where do we collect the keys to your villa from? At Florida Tuscan Sun, we don't use a key entry system. We use SecurePass, this is the most secure way of protecting you and your family. During your stay, you are allocated a unique pin number that changes for every stay. This means that no duplicate keys can be cut and you don't have to worry about losing or sharing the keys. |

| We had a great time in Florida and your villa is just beautiful. When we got to the villa, we were thrilled. It is so nice and comfortable! It was very clean, well maintained and easy to get to. I could not make one suggestion to make the villa better. It was just as you described it. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool was great. My 5 year old loved that big Mickey, I had to buy him one to take home! I have enjoyed working with you. You have been very up-front and easy to get in touch with.
