| Our beautiful villa is fully air-conditioned and is furnished to a very high standard. The villa, set on a south-facing plot, comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.
The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the living room and all bedrooms have remote-controlled cable TV. With two master bedrooms, two families could share in the utmost of comfort alternatively one family would have no trouble relaxing in this spacious villa. This superb, new, five-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath villa has an extended sun deck and beautiful pool and spa area. Patio doors lead onto the south-facing deck area and the pool is serviced and cleaned weekly. Additional screening has also been installed around the main screen for extra privacy. Arrangements can be made to have the pool heated during the cooler months and sun loungers, patio chairs, and table are provided. There is free use of the on-site leisure facilities including tennis courts and children's play area. Our luxurious home is equipped with FREE Wireless internet useage so bring along your laptop, six cable TVs, a safety deposit box and upgraded kitchen appliances, hand-picked, high-grade furnishings and consists of a large, open plan, family room looking out onto the pool area. A living room which has two sofas, one of which is a queen-size sofa bed. A further dining area and the luxury kitchen, with breakfast table and chairs, a breakfast bar, and stools, fully equipped with a full-size oven and hob, refrigerator freezer with ice maker, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, and telephone with modem outlet. Downstairs is a master bedroom with a large closet, cable TV, and patio doors opening onto the pool area. It adjoins a bathroom fitted with bath, shower, basin, toilet, and hairdryer and a further twin bedded room again with large closet and cable TV. Leading to the garage which has been converted to a games room should you wish to relax in additional ways other than the pool and spa. There is a pool table/table tennis table, air hockey, a dart board, basket ball game and table football(fussball). There is also seating and a cd system for when the excitement gets too much and a portable fan to cool you down. The laundry room has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and there is also a further downstairs toilet. The living area has a DVD and a further cd system and there is a loft area for the young at heart to relax with a playstation 2 and a selection of games. There is the facility to hire BBQ's, cots, highchair etc ensuring they are in pristine condition and comply with safety standards. Therefore this home should provide the perfect holiday whatever the weather and tastes, and when away from it you are in a prime location for many other interesting visits, be it theme parks or beaches. |

| Lovely property, but we were under the impression that the master downstairs was ensuite! The decor was lovely inside and I appreciated the extended decking. Lots of construction work, was unfortunate, on many days! One recommendation - an extra key would have been helpful. Jim, Christine, Rose & Carolyn

| Lovely property, has all you could desire. During our stay, lots of construction work which was unfortunate. Could do with an information folder containing housekeeping details, information on local facilities and helpful details such as local docyor etc in case of an emergency.
Tip for parents with small children, it's cheaper to buy stroller from Walmart than renting it from theme parks. For eg. buy $10-15, Disney charge $8 a day. As said before, lovely property and would recommend it to others.

| What a wonderful property. Thought we'd died and gone to heaven when we first arrived but we soon made it home! We all had a wonderful 3 weeks and are finding it hard to leave. A big thankyou from all 9 of us for a peep into how the other half live. One recommendation would be to have some type of security box for the safety of passports, money etc. Danesh, Sally, Shaun, Julie, Amy, Sonia, Katie, Meg & Zoe.

| As I am sure you are use to hearing.... the house was beautiful. Clean & in perfect order when my parents arrived. Right up my cleaning obsessed mother's ally! She took to vacuuming herself every other day! We finally yelled at her to stop...that you would be paying someone to clean an already clean house! Your home was comfortable, the pool PERFECTLY warmed, and all the amenities in order!
Again, your home is beautiful, well maintained and will recommend it to anyone we know visiting the Disney area. In case anyone asks me...do you also rent by the week certain months of the year? JC,Connecticut (USA) |
| Beautiful villa, prime location. We (The Thompsons) have been many time to Florida and to introduce our friends to this on their first visit was perfect. This is by far the best we have ever stayed in and we all agree we will definitely be returning.
Even with dull weather our spirits weren't dampened.

| Fantastic villa! We've stayed in some gorgeos villas in Orlando but this one takes the biscuit. Great to have an upstairs. Will be coming back again very soon. Just a couple of negatives, no barbeque and no safe. But thats it, couldn't fault anything else, really don't want to go back to dreary England and leave this beautiful villa.
