| The Paradise Villa is located at Solana Resorts, a new resort community which is only minutes away from the popular Orlando attractions. Our luxurious and spacious five bedroom home boasts two master suites, each with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. Bedrooms three and four have two twin beds apiece, while the fifth bedroom holds a queen-sized bed. There are four bathrooms total in the home. All rooms have been furnished to a high standard with the aid of an interior decorator. We have achieved a very rich and classic feel throughout the home in the furniture and fabrics we have carefully selected.
The kitchen, breakfast nook and dining area are all open to one another, so there is ample seating for twelve should you be traveling with a large group. The dining room is furnished with a table and six chairs, while the kitchen nook holds a table and four chairs. There are two additional bar stools at the kitchen bar area. All major appliances are included, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other 'essentials' to make your stay feel as close to home as possible. The villa is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Our great room is quite impressive with our built-in wall unit and large screen television. You can relax on our custom decorated sleeper sofa, loveseat and chair while watching movies or playing videogames on a Playstation 2. The extra queen sleeper sofa provides room for two more people in your party. If it's the outdoors you want, you can lounge in our pool or sit on the deck to feel the warmth of the Florida weather. Don't forget to take a dip in the Jacuzzi while you?re out there! We have a table and padded chairs, loungers and ottomans to help enhance your outdoor experience. During your stay at Paradise Villa you can take advantage of all that the Solana Resort has to offer. The resort has a state-of-the-art club house (4000 sq. ft), sundry shop, snack bar, large resort-sized pool, spa, interactive children's play area, sand volleyball court, putting green, recreation/soccer field, internet room, fitness room, arcade, and a meeting area with reception and guest services. Additionally, the home provides a private game room with table tennis and a variety of popular board games (Connect Four, Yahtzee, Chess, Checkers, Sorry, Chinese Checkers). We also have a soccer ball, volley ball and fishing rod for your convenience.
