| Our beautiful villa is located on Highlands Reserve, one of the most desirable locations in the Orlando area, within a short drive of Walt Disney World and near to all other theme parks and attractions of Central Florida. This superb vacation villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite, providing comfortable accommodation for 6 people or 8 with the sofa-bed. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances, while the open-plan, vaulted-ceiling living area features two sofas, dining suite, cable TV, DVD / VCR, CD stereo, and telephone. The south-facing, fully-screened, private pool includes a covered lanai with seating for those who wish to keep out of the sun. No Smoking is permitted inside the villa and No Pets are allowed.
Highlands Reserve is situated in a safe, peaceful location set amongst a beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. There are excellent supermarkets (less than a mile), shopping malls, restaurants, banks etc., within a few minutes drive of the villa. |
