| PRIVATE SOUTH FACING POOL & SPA
The South facing Pool & Spa with optional pool heating is screened by fine insect proof netting. There is a pool deck area with sunlounger, chairs and table. A BBQ is also avalible. MASTER BEDROOM This bedroom has a King size bed, with en-suite bath/shower & toilet and a large sink area. There is walk in wardrobe and several sets of drawers. It has a TV, telephone and patio door leading to the pool area. DOUBLE BEROOM This room has a double bed, wardrobe & drawers. THIRD BEDROOM Twin single bunk beds wardrobe & drawers. BATHROOM This bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath & toilet KITCHEN This is fully equipped with cooker, micrwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee & tea maker, toaster and with all cutlery & crockery you will need. Telephone for free local calls. BREAKFAST AREA A table and 4 chairs located in the kitchen area. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Large lounge/dinner with 3 seater & 2 seater settees, coffee table and Hi-Fi centre. The dinning room has a table with 6 chairs. | How many people can stay in the villa?
The villa has 2 double beds, 2 single bunk-beds, a pullout sofa bed and a cot therefore in theory 8 people plus an infant can stay. How will I find the villa and gain access? Two weeks before your arrival date we will e-mail you with full directions to the villa.The key to the villa is held in a lockbox and we will provide you with the access codes so upon arrival you just go straight to the villa. Do I need to bring my own towels? Both bathroom towels and pool towels are provided along with a large selection of bed linen. The beds will be made upon your arrival but if you wish to change the sheets during your stay then the washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your use. How far away is the airport? Orlando International airport is approx 18 miles away and will take about 30 minutes, Sanford Airport is 50 miles away and takes about 55 minutes.The journey to the villa is mainly on Highways, part toll, which makes it easy for first time drivers abroad to get used to the roads. I can send detailed driving instructions on request. My flight arrives late so can some groceries be provided for our arrival? Yes for an additional cost of $40/£25 we can supply a welcome pack containing the essentials. Where can I get groceries? The villa is situated less than 5 minutes away from a 24hr Walmart. Can I smoke in the villa? No we're afraid that smoking is not allowed within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors, however it is permitted outside in the covered lanai area. Can I bring my pet with me? No we do not allow any pets no matter how well behaved. How often is the pool cleaned and do we need pool heating? The pool is maintained on a weekly basis. The pool has electric heating and is recommend during the colder months. When paying for pool heat you should ensure that the pool is covered overnight with the plastic cover provided. Who do I contact if I have any questions/problems during my stay? Our management company is available 24hrs a day, we will provide you with a contact number prior to your stay and their details can also be found in the villa. How close is the villa to Disney and the other parks? The villa is only 12 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. |
