| Our private 3 Bedroom Luxury Villa is situated just off Highway 192, along South Poinciana Boulevard. The small housing development is located close enough to get to the attractions quickly but is quiet enough to be able to relax. It is situated in a prime location backing onto a lake
There is an impressive array of dining and cooking utensils, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels. The house as re-carpetted through out March 2008 As you enter the villa you will immediately feel the light and airy atmosphere created by the choice of color that this villa offers. Beyond the reception area is the fully-equipped kitchen with its dining table and four chairs. The family room directly opposite is furnished with two sofas, occasional tables, and an entertainment unit. This houses a large LCD television, DVD, and Ipod/CD player, as well as books. A small collection of CD's and DVD'S is supplied too. This room also has doors leading to the pool area. All three bedrooms are furnished with televisions, and ample drawer and storage space. The master bedroom is complete with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and 19'' LCD TV with DVD. There are two bathrooms in total, the one in the master bedroom having double vanity unit, bath, and shower cubicle with separate adjacent toilet, and the other, between bedrooms two and three, having vanity unit, toilet, bath and overhead shower. Outside, the whole pool area is screened for your protection and overlooks a small lake with a varied selection of visiting and resident wildlife. There is a superb private pool and a hot tub. The hot tub heating is free and heats up nicely to 100 degrees. Free solar pool heating is also offered but during the winter months the pool can be electrically heated at no additional charge. Our villa is looked after and kept to a very high standard by our locally based management company. They will be able to help you with any problems or advice you may need. They are both friendly and efficient and have a wealth of experience in property management. You may contact them at any time. Details will be posted to you upon reciept of deposit |

| We thought the villa was wonderful. It was a pleasure to return to the villa and sit in the hot tub after a long day at the theme parks.
The computer was a real bonus as we had a problem with our theme park tickets so we had to send a few e-mails off to get them sorted out. The girls were on face book often, it was a bit too much to expect them to go without a computer for two weeks.
I'm not sure what we are doing next year but if we are going to Orlando your villa will be first on our list.

We stayed in your villa for 2 weeks, commencing Friday 23rd July. We would just like to give some feedback on our experience. We have been to Florida 4 times now and on one occasion have been burgulled. We felt extremely safe, due to the burgular alarm and security system on the patio doors. The hot tub was a fantastic extra for us and we used it every evening after a busy day at the parks. The villa was ideally situated and never had any problems with the management company. We found them extremely helpful and friendly. On one occassion we contacted them and they were at the door within 30 minutes. We would deffinately recommend you to our friends and family and will definately be going back to your villa in the near future. Thankyou for contributing to our fantastic holiday and we will be in touch soon.

| Hi Martin-
It was sure a pleasure staying at your home, we all fell in love with the house. The only problem we all had was, that we had to fly home..lol..
We loved seeing the 2 ducks come up to the lanai everyday and the white bird that was always walking around.
We bought some airbeds and enjoyed using them in the pool.
We certainly will keep you in mind for friends and family and ourselves for future stays.
