| Our villa is located on the sought after and established gated community of The Manors South at Westridge. This development is peaceful and spacious, and an ideal retreat after a day at one of the many world class attractions in Orlando. Westridge is situated on US27, between I4 and US192, and is perfectly located for Disney and many golf courses.
The living area, ideal for relaxing in comfort, overlooks the pool and patio. It is tastefully furnished with sofas, with 1 converting into a double bed, and occasional furniture. This includes an entertainment unit with remote cable T.V., DVD player, VCR, stereo CD player and a collection of children?s films. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a cooker, eye-level microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A range of utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware is provided, should you wish to cook dinner or just prepare a snack. A separate set of table and chairs and a high chair, ideal for breakfast, is adjacent to the kitchen. A telephone with free local calls is installed for your convenience. N.B. The double garage houses the washer and dryer. There is ample dining in the villa, Two separate tables are available a Large Table suitable for six people and a smaller table suitable for four people full cutlery is provided. This deluxe, en-suite master bedroom has direct access through patio doors onto the covered porch/pool. It has a queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a large chest of drawers. Additionally, it has the benefit of a walk-in closet providing ample space for luggage and clothes. The en-suite bathroom is complete with WC, shower and vanity unit, and has access to the pool area. There is a second master bedroom overlooking the front garden and also provides the luxury of en-suite facilities. It has a double bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom is complete with WC, shower/bath and vanity unit. There is a further bedroom, providing twin beds, cabinets and built-in wardrobes. The third bathroom is complete with WC, bath/shower, vanity unit and storage cupboard. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. There is a combination of either TV/Cable/Stereo/DVD/Playstation 2/Xbox in each Bedroom. There are a range of outdoor pool games including basketball, volleyball, water polo and badminton. Our games facilities inside include a pool table, table tennis, hockey, electronic darts and exercise equipment. A Play Station 2 and X Box are available in the twin bedrooms. Enjoy Florida?s glorious climate by the private, south facing, fully screened 30? x 15? pool. The pool, which backs onto an open, landscaped area, can be both heated and lit. This combined with patio lights, allows the luxury of swimming in the evening ? an excellent way to wind down after a busy day! There is a covered area for those who do not wish to be inthe sun all day and seating for up to 10 People. A BBQ is provided for those who prefer to cook outside. |
