| We have a 2 story 5 bed roomed house with a heated pool and spa built in 2003. On the ground floor we have the lounge TV area (cable TV 128 channels) DVD player etc. dinning room with seating for 8, fully equipped kitchen including oven and microwave Fridge/freezer dishwasher and all kitchen utensils with additional dinning space for 6.The master bedroom with large on suite is on the ground floor.The First floor is a galleried stairs with a large open area with views out to the lake. We have two bathrooms three twin rooms and a second master double bedroom together with a children's games area that seats 5 with Cable TV DVD and PS 2 with a selection of games.The pool area was built in 2004 when we bought the villa, it has a patio area with sun loungers table and chairs. The pool is designed to be children friendly and has a maximum depth of 5 feet. The pool also has a spa/jacuzzi and over looks the lake. Pool heating is included in the price. |
