| I like what I see - how do I book? Firstly, e-mail or phone us to confirm availability. We will require a small deposit ($300 per week of stay), in addition to the names of all people staying in our villa. We will confirm your booking when the deposit is received. The balance owed will be required 8 weeks before your vacation is due to commence. Payments can be made by building society check, banker's draft or direct transfer into our US/UK bank accounts. Does the villa back on to other properties? No, the pool is not overlooked at all, it has unrestricted views over the surrounding wetlands and conservation area. Being south facing it get's the sun all day long! Are all Linen's included? Yes, everything is included, towels are provided for use in the villa and the pool, but you will need your own for the water parks and beaches. Are there any laundry facilities? Yes, there is a fully equipped laundry for your use. It has a large Whirlpool automatic washing machine and a superb dryer. A drying rack can be used on the pool deck for drying those wet swimming costumes, an iron and ironing board are also provided. We have a baby, what provisions do you offer? A highchair and playpen/carry cot are provided for your use. WalMart is only a short drive away so the essentials for the baby are available. Where are the nearest grocery shops? There are stores nearby, 7-11 under 5 mins, Publix is 7 mins away, WalMart is only a 10 minute drive on Highway 27. A detailed information pack is available in the villa which gives directions to all the local amenities. Coming soon new department stores. Do we need to bring a hair dryer with us? No, there is one in each of the three bathrooms provided for your use. Where do we collect the villa key from? All necessary codes will be sent to you on receipt of your final payment. The door entry to the villa is electronic. The code will be active from 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and expires at 11.00am on the day of your departure. Special arrangements can be made if these times are inconvenient. Do you allow pet's in your villa? No, to ensure the comfort of future guests we unfortunately cannot allow pets. Is smoking allowed in your villa? Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the villa, you can however smoke in the pool area or the outside the villa. We respectfully ask that you dispose of used cigarettes correctly in a waste bin What do we do if we have any problems with the villa? The villa is maintained to a very high standard and is thoroughly cleaned and checked prior to your arrival, in the unfortunate event something does go wrong, our management company is located on the same street. They are on call 24/7 incase of any emergency and will be only too happy to assist. How far is the villa from the airport? Our villa is within easy, straight forward reach of the main airports. Orlando: 20mins. Sanford: 45mins. Tampa: 60mins. Full, detailed directions will be provided before your arrival. |

| Just returned from a two week stay in your villa and I must say how pleased we were with the villa. Pool fantastic, just loved lazing in the pool, watching the herons fly in, and the views are just stunning. Really easy to get to all the parks, only a 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom, and the beds are really comfortable, just what we needed after a day at the parks. Only one problem, can we stay 3 weeks next time for the price of two? Seriously though, a lovely, peaceful home. Will book again next year! Karen. KW, |
| We had a marvellous time. The villa was in 'tip-top' condition and we wanted for nothing. All the equipment was there to be used. Some lovely thoughtful 'touches' with the soft furnishings and the villa furniture was excellent. Cable TV in every room and Super Brighthouse Cable channels in Main Room. A really enjoyable holiday with all you could want 'to hand'. Super pool and the Villa is ideally situated, just off junction 55 US Highway 4. Heading SOUTH toward Haines City on the 27 and then turn immediately right into Adventure Court after passing the traffic lights at Home Run. Enjoy yourselves, we did.

| We had a superb 2 week stay at this villa, the pool and views really made it exeptional. It is very well equipt and the location proved to be perfect. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to be back soon ST,Scotland |
| I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. We had 9 people total and there was plenty of room. Very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The owner was quick to reply to any questions I had before the trip. I would not hestitate to book again. As others have said the pool was perfect and the views were spectacular. Thank you for having such a nice place to share with the rest of us at a great price. The location was easy to get to and from the parks. I honestly could not think of one area in need of improvement. I hope to be returning in a year or so and will call for this villa first. AH,USA |
| We all had a fantastic holiday, so close to all the parks, we even went to Magic Kingdom in the morning, came back to the villa for lunch (and a few cool beers!), then went back to the park all refreshed in the evening for the firework display. The villa has everything we needed and more, even getting the essential supplies in (more cools beers) was a breeze, just a 10 minute drive down the road and you're at Walmart and it's massive! A lovely relaxing villa which felt like home. A fantastic time had by all, will be back again.
PS The views from the pool are to die for, I spent hours just sitting there watching the Herons flying about. Take your binoculars with you! JH,Leeds - UK |
