Boasting four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a lounge, games room and a private swimming pool, our villa is luxuriously furnished to the highest possible standard. Inside nearly 3000 square feet of open plan living lie two en-suite master bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a fourth bedroom/lounge accommodating a double sofa bed. You will also find a spacious well-equipped kitchen, breakfast nook with pool view and a huge living area incorporating the impressive lounge and dining room suite. The villa is complemented with cable TV and DVD players in all bedrooms. There is full air-conditioning/heating system throughout the villa too! With so much to do in Florida, ensure you leave adequate time to experience our 28ft-heated swimming pool and spa complemented with coloured lighting! The pool is south facing and absorbs the sun all day long. Why not soak it all up on our superior sun loungers or simply relax in the cool shade of the extended lanai? Inside Master bedroom:- The master bedroom is cleverly designed to offer a beautiful pool view and sliding doors provide private access to the pool. Distinguished with a huge King-size bed, the master suite also hosts a large TV with cable plus DVD and CD player too. This beautifully unique suite is completed with stunning furniture and boasts a walk in closet. The en-suite bathroom is elegantly presented with a double bath, large walk-in shower and twin his-and-hers vanity basins. Guest bedroom:- As with the master bedroom, the guest room is en-suite and offers furnishing of a high standard. Special features include a Queen-size bed, Cable TV and DVD player. Again, the guest room is finished with stylish furnishings and a walk in closet. The bathroom contains a vanity basin, spacious shower and w/c. Twin bedroom:- The third bedroom is ideal for guests of any age. With the same high quality of furnishing, the twin room comes complete with Cable TV - if you�re not too tired to watch it at the end of those exhausting days! The third bathroom is shared with the fourth bedroom/lounge consisting of a w/c, vanity basin, bath and overhead shower. Spare bedroom/lounge:- For the vacationers with smaller parties, the lounge room will provide you with a little peace and quiet whenever you need some relaxation. If required, the sofa can be converted to a bed to accommodate up to eight guests in total. With the same quality continued throughout the villa, the lounge room is fitted with Cable TV, DVD player and an internet access point. Kitchen:- With just about every appliance you can think of, the spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven and hob and a double sink with garbage disposal. Anything else you may need i.e. coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockery, glasses and all utensils are of course, supplied too! Breakfast nook:- Located in the kitchen area is the nook. Here you will find adequate table and chairs at which you can tuck into breakfast whilst making those last minute plans for the long day ahead! There is a beautiful view of the pool from here too! Great room:- At the heart of the villa you will find the great room. Exquisitely furnished and presented this is the ideal place to unwind after a long day out and about in Orlando. Again you will find a large TV with cable plus DVD and CD player. Dining area:- A table worthy of a feast! Tuck into your meals and discuss the thrills of the day! A stylish dining area to seat up to six guests including a beautiful table, chairs and elegant lighting to set the mood! Games room:- A recent addition to the villa, the games room provides entertainment when taking time out from touring Orlando. Guests can enjoy use of a pool table, air hockey table and Playstation 2. Utility room:- This high spec villa is designed to meet every need. Here you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside Pool area:- Our luxury 28ft-heated pool combined with the heated five-seat spa/Jacuzzi is the ideal way to relax at the end of a long day. With an extended pool deck, extra large lanai which provides valuable shaded area and fully screened pool enclosure you can happily while away the hours. There is also an four seat table/chairs plus two comfortable sun loungers to make the most of the Florida sunshine! The West Stonebridge community is equidistant to all that Orlando has to offer.
