| GROUND FLOOR
FORMAL LIVING / DINING ROOM This quiet and comfortable lounge provides seating and formal dining table seating eight. FAMILY ROOM This informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and breakfast bar. It is the perfect spot to relax with the family, enjoy the 65 inch flat screen, surround sound, Cable TV, DVD, or the days photos from your digital camera. you can also relax or dine with the full view of the pool, and the woodland beyond. KITCHEN The informal breakfast area seats six at the table and four at the bar. The patio doors lead on to the pool and there is also a good view of the family room. You can watch the news 36 inch Cable TV in the kitchen while preparing the breakfast. It is equipped with brand new cooker, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, phone. MASTER BEDROOM 3 With a queen bed , ceiling fan, cable connection , 34 inch TV, DVD player , Leading on to the en suite bathroom with vanity unit, bath with shower, over and w.c. POOL AND SPA The pool area is screened . There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a pool side BBQ or drink. You may prefer to sunbathe on one of the lounges or just watch the young at heart have fun in the pool from the high chairs. The custom made pool and the extended deck provide ample space for the children to play. At night the changing coloured lights and solar lighting make it the perfect spot to relax in the Jacuzzi with the ambiance set on Romance. POOL BATHROOM Contains vanity unit and w.c. GAMES ROOM/ GARAGE The kids can escape from the adults here but they too may want to play pool, air hockey, darts and games on the X box with two consoles . But the electronic 6 games station is definitely for the juniors. There are also fishing rods for a spot of fishing. The room is fitted with a cooling unit. FIRST FLOOR MASTER SUITE The four poster bed is the centre piece of this luxurious room which overlooks the pool and the woodland. Ceiling fan, cable connection, 36 inch TV, DVD player, and Phone are provided. The spacious En-suite bathroom has his and hers vanity units, large bath and separate walk in shower and w.c. MASTER BEDROOM 4 With a queen bed , ceiling fan, cable connection , 34 inch TV, DVD player , Leading on to the en suite bathroom with vanity unit, bath with shower, over and w.c. MASTER BEDROOM 2 With King bed , ceiling fan, 36 inch TV with Cable and DVD player. PRINCESS ROOM Has double and single beds, 18 inch plasma TV with cable connection and parental control accessible. Disney hotels can be very expensive, for the price of one or two hotel rooms, you can have the use of our luxury 3600 sq. feet villas with your own private pool, games room and free calls. Our villas are superbly equipped to make your vacation unforgettable Are there any shops and restaurants close by? Within a 5 minute drive in a southerly direction on Highway 27, there is a new road side Publix shop/ restaurant complex. And with in 10 Minutes drive you are in the heart of Disney are and the Westerly section of Highway 192 with mile after mile of restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, and entertainment facilities. For a nice meal out we can strongly recommend 'Outback' which is located on HW192 near mile markers 4 to 5 at Splendid China / Fermosa Gardens Boulevard Junction. For hundreds more shops and restaurants Highway 192 is only yards away Why is our Villa slightly more expensive than the other villas I have seen on different communities? As with most things in life, you can always find something cheaper if you look hard enough and more relevantly, if you accept a lower quality. Our villa is set in the brand new community of Legacy Park which is extremely central to Disney. It is a very Large villa, being one of the largest 5/ 6 bedroom villas on offer. The position of the villa is at the boundary of the development offering mouth watering views of wide plain and woodland from the pool deck. With our research prior to purchasing these villas we discovered that the price normally reflects the quality of the villa, and we have made sure that no expense has been spared in presenting you with a villa that stands out above the rest. Why should I choose your villa? There are many villas in Orlando. But if you want a memorable vacation or a villa to impress your family and friends, you will find none better or affordable like ours. Our villa is a home from home with every conceivable item required to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. | Your house is exquisite. You really made every effort to ensure that everyone has a fabulous time. The children really enjoyed the game room- what a great idea. You gave me some great ideas for redecorating my basement! There was enough seating for all of us both at eating time and relaxing time. Thanks for such generous accommodations. This was our first trip to Disney as a family and we all made some wonderful memories. The computer with wireless hookup was also an added bonus. | I just want to thank you again for your hospitality. We could not beleive the house when we walked in the front door. The house was beautiful and we absolutely loved every minute we were there! Everything was wonderful and it was a wonderful 'home away from home!' (The beds were GREAT too as the web-site stated. That made for good rest after an entire day of walking around the parks.)
