| The villa is all on one level and is easily accessible for disabled or less mobile guests.
The large master double bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe, cable TV and an ensuite bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath, shower and hairdryer. The master bedroom also has its own walk in wardrobe. There are two twin bedrooms both with their own wardrobes, and a further bathroom in between with bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. A double sofa bed means we can comfortably accomodate up to 8 people. All linen you require is provided. The bright and airy living room with vaulted ceiling has Cable TV, DVD, Video, and CD player, a perfect place to relax before going out for the evening or eat in the dining area prior to a comfortable quiet night in. Or consider a late dip in your pool just through your patio doors. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, cafetiere, toaster and all the dishes, utensils, pots & pans you may need. A washer and dryer are plumbed in and available for use in the garage together with a vacuum if needed. You enjoy the luxury of air conditioning throughout. The house has its own 30 foot heated swimming pool across the rear of the property, which has a covered lanai and overlooks the wooded conservation area. Entrance to the pool area is fully alarmed for your childrens safety. If you are a golfer the Highlands Reserve Golf Course is less than a mile away and the famous Champions Gate Course is within 10 minutes drive. Childrens high chairs and cots can be arranged, and we will try and accomodate any special requirements. Optional : Pool heating at £10/$17 per day We provide free early check in and Late check out, subject to other bookings, but please advise us when booking. Whether you want an early start off to the theme parks, or the coasts, or you may prefer a quiet peaceful break lounging in and out of the pool, or trips to the malls for the bargains, whatever you choose, you are conveniently situated, this is a real home from home. You and your loved ones will love it, make yourself at home. |
