| There are eight beds in five bedrooms, a dining room and a family room continuous with the kitchen breakfast room. All rooms are fitted with cable TV. Outside is an extended pool deck surrounding a large 30ft x 15 ft swimming pool and spa to relax in after a day at the parks. Part of the deck is roofed over to provide shade if you should need it. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the pool, watching the sun go down and the evening wildlife come out. Or head off to one of the many great restaurants located nearby,..... or go back to Disney for the evening firework display !
The light and airy house has air conditioning /central heating, in over 2,300 square feet of living area. Therefore all the rooms are generous. The lounge has luxurious sofas and arm chairs and its own 32' TV, DVD, video, radio, CD player. There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games suitable for all ages available. There are toys for the young children to play with. There is a games room with foosball and air hockey for the older ones! All the TVs in the house (6 in all) are equipped with AV sockets at the front for easy connection to video games, etc. The large fully equipped kitchen area opens on to the family room and has its own breakfast table and chairs. The formal dining area has a large glass topped table that will easily seat 6. Downstairs has an en-suite master bedroom with US king bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds and its own bathroom, with a shower suitable for someone with mobility problems (fitted handrails and an integral seat). Upstairs there is a second en-suite master bedroom with a US queen bed, and bedrooms 4 and 5 both have twin beds and share a bathroom. The Mickey Mouse room has the Playstation 2 set up with a selection of games, although the Playstation can be used in any of the rooms. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. All the bathrooms have showers. The pool area, as well as having the large pool (30x15 feet) also has a spa to ease those aching feet after those tiring days in the parks. Pool heating is available on request. The patio table seats 6 with sun-loungers available for those wishing to continue sunbathing. Those with young children need not worry about pool safety -there is a pool fence. There is high speed wireless broadband connection and the house has a burglar alarm to help protect your belongings. Phone calls to the USA and Canada are free. |

| Hello Chris and Edith,
Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful vacation. We absolutely loved the house and it was a great spot to relax in between our days at Disney. For us it was a lovely Christmas and we couldn't have asked for better weather. The pool was definitely a hit with the kids and we used it quite a bit. Again, thank you for the package you left for us, Chloe loves the Santa potato-head and the wine added a nice touch to our turkey Christmas dinner. We will definitely keep the web-site for you home and hopefully within the next few years we will be making a trip back to Florida and we would love to stay there again. We hope that your Christmas was great and that the New Year brings you many good fortunes.
