Location! Location! Our villa is set in the peaceful community of Creekside on the outskirts of Kissimmee. It is only a ten minute drive to Disney and 2 minutes from a huge Wal-mart store, numerous other stores, restaurants and entertainment such as Medieval Times, Gatorland and air boat rides. Orlando International airport is a 30 minute drive and Sandford Airport 50 minutes away. Golf courses are minutes away and the Gulf or Atlantic beaches an hour drive. From the moment you step inside our beautiful villa, you relax and are ready to start your dream Florida vacation. The villa is furnished and newly decorated to a high standard and has lots of extras to ensure that your vacation is truly memorable. Full air conditioning and additional paddle ceiling fans ensure your complete comfort Lounge You will immediately feel at home in the spacious, high ceilinged lounge. Comfortable sofas are ready for you to fall into after a hectic day at the theme parks. You can swap stories of what you have seen and done or just crash out in front of the flat screen TV or maybe watch a film on the DVD player. Feeling competitive? how about a game on the PlayStation2 ? - it has two consoles and a selection of games. Just to the left of the lounge is the fully equipped Kitchen. Pack your groceries into the large fridge/freezer. You will enjoy preparing meals in this light and airy space with its new stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Just off this room is a utility room with a full size washer and drier. Eat your breakfast and plan your day at the nook table or at the formal dining table overlooking the pool and deck area which is accessed through glass sliding doors. The three bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Master Bedroom A peaceful haven set apart from the other bedrooms. It has a huge King bed and a large walk in closet. Its own full bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and twin vanity basins. When you decide to rest those park weary feet, there is your own flat screen TV and DVD player. Or perhaps you would prefer an early morning swim? Then step through the sliding glass door onto the pool deck and into the blue, blue water of the private pool. Second Bedroom There is plenty of space for perhaps grandparents or friends travelling with you to magical Florida. It has a Queen size bed, a large closet and a flat screen TV. Twin Bedroom Yoiur children will love this room. Dedicated to Mickey Mouse and complete with a large closet and lots of storage. There is a flat screen TV, DVD and separate CD player so they can enjoy their own music and films without disturbing the grown ups. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Towels and hair driers are provided in both bathrooms. Pool and Deck Area Imagine dozing in the sun around the sparkling pool. Swim a few lazy lengths then enjoy a cooling drink and a snack sat on the luxury loungers or at the table with its comfortable padded chairs and sun umbrella. Or all gather in the evening and relax on the pool deck on return from a day out. The newly finished pool can be floodlit. Optional pool heat is available for a small charge during the cooler months. Our management company are on call 24hrs and are based close by. We chose them because they look after our villa as if it were their own. The villa is fully licensed with the State Authorities and insured. There are smoke alarms and emergency lighting for your protection. Patio doors are alarmed in accordance with Federal law to prevent unaccompanied children reaching the pool area. |
