| Bedrooms
This villa has 5 large bedrooms plus a den. 4 are master bedrooms. 2 with king sized beds and 2 with Queen sized. 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds and the Den has two twin beds set up as day beds (can be used as a lounging couch as well as use as beds). There are no pull out sofas, only beds with upgraded mattresses. 1 Master with King bed and full bath are on the first floor. 4 bedrooms (each with a full bath) are on the second floor along with Den. All bedrooms and Den have a television. There are Blowdryers in each of the 5 full bathrooms. The Den, along with a Playstation 2 and DVD Player, is also equipped with a computer and wireless broadband internet. Living Room/Formal Dining Room The Living Room is a separate living area with high quality furniture along with gorgeous window treatments. There is a large sofa, love seat and a chair. The Formal Dining Room has a large table with seating for 8. Family Room/Kitchen/Nook These 3 rooms are all open like a Great Room. Family Room is spacious with 18' high ceilings, with a 32' state of the art LCD flat screen TV w/cable, DVD Player and a Playstation 2 Console. Kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and micowave. It is supplied with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. The nook has a large table and has a seating for 6 people. There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room off the family room/kitchen for your convenience. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also there for your convenience. Walk straight through the laundry room an that will lead you right into our game room. The game room has a pool table, air hockey and electronic dart board for you to enjoy. Pool and Patio For your enjoyment there is a 40x10 covered lanai with ceiling fans. Extended decking by the 30x15 heated pool and raised spa so you have lots of room to move around, with landscaping for privacy around pool. The patio furniture is of high quality and plenty of seating for everyone. There are: 2 tables 4 loungers 8 chairs Once you stay in our spacious villa with high quality decorating and furniture you won't want to stay anywhere else. Location is perfect. Just minutes from Disney and all other major attractions. Also, nearby, are lots of great golf courses for the avid golfer, who can try a different course everyday. This luxurious home is situated in the gated community of Solana Resort. Solana has a 4000 sq ft clubhouse including a cyber cafe, sundry shop, concierge, beautiful community pool along with a children's play area, as well as many other family fun activities. |
