| This privately owned, detached Florida villa is in Kissimmee just 4 miles from Disney, off the 192 highway, provides luxuury accomodation within easy reach of Florida's main attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios etc. Close to Florida Mall and Beltz designer outlets. Along the 192 highway there are plenty of places to shop and eat, as well as Publix and wal-mart supermarkets, walmart has everything under one roof for everything you need.
Villa details Large family room, television, cable and video Separate formal dining room. Fully fitted kitchen, child locks on cupboards. Including dishwasher, microwave, George Forman grill, coffee maker, food mixer, pots and pans and waste disposal. Breakfast area overelooking the pool. Five bedrooms, two double and three twins, sleeping up to eleven people plus cot. Safe in Master bedroom, for safe keeping of passports etc. Roll away bed. cot, highchair, strollers, baby alarm and potty. Two bathrooms which both have access to the pool area. All doors to pool area are alarmed for child saftey. Laundry room with washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. All bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided. Fully air conditioned. Two car garage and drive. Screened heated pool, covered porch, fenced across for child saftey so children can play in the shade, if the adults want to relax, without worry of them falling into the pool, we ask for guest to keep gate leading to pool area locked while children are in this area. there is a paddling pool also in this area along with sun loungers, table, chairs and BBQ. The pool and garden have a six foot fence around, so is not overlooked for prvacy while swimming or sunbathing. |
