The lounge has sumptuous sofas and a reclining easy chair gathered around a 27� Cable T.V. with DVD player. What better way to relax after a tiring day at the theme parks than to take a swim in the south west facing private pool or sooth that aching body in the adjoining spa, all of which is heated and fully screened. Take shelter from the sun under the covered lanai whilst relaxing on the upgraded patio furniture. A removable child safety fence separates the pool from the lanai. Doors to the pool are fitted with audible security alarms for added safety. Why not cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, served at the 6 seat formal dining table�� or alternatively, eat out at one of the many fine dining and family style restaurants within a short walk or 2 minute drive. You�ll still have time to return to the theme parks for an evening of fun and entertainment and of course the famous firework display. The kitchen also contains a breakfast nook for informal dining with seating for 4 people. A high chair has now been provided for the younger child. The master bedroom contains a king size bed with full en-suite facilities including large walk-in shower, bath tub and double vanity unit. A crib is now also available. A second junior master contains a queen size bed with en-suite facilities including bath with overhead shower. A further two bedrooms each contain twin beds with a shared bathroom containing bath with overhead shower. Should you require further sleeping, there is a queen size sofa bed in the lounge. Each of the 4 bedrooms contains a cable T.V. A Playstation 2 is also available to keep the kids entertained (U.S. games only). A games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey and dartboard is contained within the garage. There is no need to bring suitcases full of clothing as full washing, drying and ironing facilities are available, situated in the 2 car garage. All linen and towels are provided. On arrival, you will be greeted by a spotlessly clean and prepared villa all set for you to simply unpack and begin your vacation. A welcome pack will provide those essential items to get you underway, together with a villa manual packed full of useful information from how to operate the appliances to finding your way around. The villa will be cleaned after your departure by our management company who are on hand to answer any queries and help with any problems you may encounter. Within the community boundaries are a soccer pitch with kids play area (just across the road), tennis courts and a putting green. Shopping and entertainment are 2 minutes away at the Formosa Gardens Shopping Centre and along Highway 192, including a 24hr supermarket, pharmacy and walk-in medical center.
