The Villa has carpets throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms which benefit from ceramic floor tiles. The lovely screened pool (heating available) and spa (with timer) is south east-facing for sun all day and the lighting around the pool area and the underwater lighting ensures that you can enjoy the pool all night long. You will also benefit from an over sized pool deck. The villa can accommodate two families in comfort having two separate and contrasting living areas.
