Description
Our home features a private south-facing enclosed pool overlooking the conservation area and is in a private, gated community near ChampionsGate.
It is only 8 miles from DisneyWorld and close to all of the other major attractions.
Our home is on two floors with over 2200 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate family and sitting rooms and a formal dining room.
Around the pool there are sun loungers, reclining chairs, side tables and a dining table and chairs. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
We also provide all linen and towels in the bedrooms and the bathrooms.
Our home is perfect for up to eight guests and is conveniently located for access to DisneyWorld and the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.
Supermarkets, pharmacies and convenience stores are a short drive away.
Our home is looked after by our local management company, who are available 24 hours a day.

The utility room is on the second floor and has a washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

What size is the television and how many do you have?
The TV in the family room is a 56 inch wide screen HDTV complete with DVD and VCR.
