| *****The Emerald Villa has been accredited by The Florida Guild of Owners, an independant accreditor of Florida vacation homes. It was awarded a 5 star 'Signature' rating, the highest possible accolade. Its the Ultimate vacation experience in the Disney area. Period!!
THE POOL AREA At the rear of the villa overlooking the view the pool area been designed to create a tropical oasis worthy of the views and to bring some of the lush greenery closer adding to the overall seclusion of the pool deck area. The pool itself includes a large rock waterfall feature surrounded by tropical plants and flowers of the area and a wide selection of huge clay pots and urns full of lush green foliage. The huge pool deck was extended as far toward the lake and either side of the home as we could go to ensure that there is ample room for all our guests and more to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The southerly outlook means that it catches the full sun all day, but if the Florida sunshine is not your thing or you have had your fill for the day you can shade under the fans in the Lanai area and ample furniture for all is provided. THE VILLA The furnishings and decor in the villa are in two forms. The dining and living room area and the main master bedrooms, with their four poster beds, all have an elegant and formal style that is just plain lavish. The kitchen diner and family room, however, have a much more casual style that you can really kick back and relax in. Don?t get me wrong you can relax in all the rooms but these areas offer serious comfort and relaxation. The family room boasts rustic furniture and large top grain leather sofas, the ultimate in leather and the perfect place to enjoy the PS2 or X-Box through the large HD DLP screen television and BOSE digital home theater system. This system rocks and a wide selection of DVDs, videos and games has been provided for rainy days or lazy evenings. The fully air conditioned games room has also seen the addition of a large 50' HD plasma screen complete with DISH Platinum HD Satellite programming along with 4 32' HD LCds with xbox 360s system linked and ready for online gaming! The games room is also furnished with air hockey, foosball and, most importantly, a Brunswick 8ft Pool table with centennial ball and cue set. Finished off with bar lights this room is a fun place to spend an evening with your family or friends. Guests have commented that there is so much to do inside the villa that it is difficult to spare time to visit Disney! The villa has a compliment of four master ensuite bedrooms that are furnished with king or queen four poster beds with pillow top quality bedding. In fact, all beds apart from the top bunk in the younger themed boy?s room, are lavished with pillow top bedding ? so luxurious it?s like sleeping on a cloud and you won?t want to go home. The three twin rooms each have an adjoining ensuite bathroom shared with one other room. Two of these bedrooms have been themed, the first with two single four poster beds in a white lacy 'Fairy' style for the younger more discerning ladies in the party, and the other in a 'Cowboy and Indian' style to suit the younger gentlemen of the group. The twin room has been furnished in a neutral style to suit all. Emerald Island resort The resort is located just 2 miles from the gates of Disney and has fast become the most prestigious and sought after destnation in the area and it's really not hard to see why. Set amongst 100s of acres of beautiful nature preserve Emerald Island is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Orlando. But being this close to Disney means that you can conveniently enjoy all the amenities that Disney and Celebration have to offer. However, there is plenty to do for all the family onsite at the resort. The communal clubhouse is the hub of the community and here you will find a reception desk that functions much the same as the reception of a 5* hotel. Staff are on hand to assist you in any way they can from dinner tickets, local info and ordering taxi's etc. Also at the clubhouse is the communal pool, sauna, gym, cyber cafe, games arcade, shop and tiki bar for that early evening drink. Around the resort, among are volleyball and tennis courts and an 11 acre woodland with nature trails and picnic areas perfect for a lazy afternoon. +++ Not much left in 2008, now taking enquiries for 2009. New for 2007 - HD DISH Satellite TV, WiFi Broadband Internet, Xbox 360's online and system linked, pachinko machines, music by the pool and more!! More planned for 2008 +++ We know from experience that you and your guests can?t stay in better accommodation or at a finer location in the Disney area! |

| I would love the opportunity to stay in your villa should we visit the Disney area again, it met all of our needs and then some. We so enjoyed hanging out at the pool. I find myself smiling when I think about the fact that we had twelve people in your home and we never felt like we needed to hide because the floor plan was laid out so well.
I am a little curious...what kind of mattress do you have in the downstairs bedroom? I would love to have one in our home!

Our vacation was incredible. Your home was just perfect for our family - spacious and comfortable. Even when all thirteen of us were there together, we did not feel cramped. We had an absolutely wonderful time in Florida. The villa was probably the best part. All the kids had a wonderful time and loved the games room and pool. We didn't even use all of our park passes as the kids would rather be spending time back at the house than in the long lines at the parks. It was very busy on our second week.
Basically everything was amazing, especially the thick beds.
If, or should I say.....when we come back, I'll definately be giving you call.

| 'We had a WONDERFUL time. Your house had everything we could possibly want, and like you said, the beds were so incredibly comfortable. Usually you can't wait to get home and get in your own bed, but I didn't want to leave yours. It was so hard leaving on Saturday, none of us were ready to go, we wished we could have stayed another week.
The pool area is incredible. I'm not usually one for pools but even I was in and just lounging around, and all the plantings did make it quite private.
Your location is perfect, it only took us minutes to get to shopping and Disney, and we liked the idea that there were no neighbours behind us.
We have only one suggestion, and that is it would be nice to have a light by the grill, it was kind of hard to see at night. OwnerMsg- ‘We are always open to ideas and we are now having a light installed.’

| The villa was wonderful! Tastefully decorated, with just enough! The beds were marvelous!! After three back surgeries it's hard to find a bed away from home that comforts and cradles you, well I did! We (all 11 of us) enjoyed our beds, the amenities, the game room and sitting out on the Lani just listening to the waterfall at night was so relaxing! Everything was so close, 5 minutes or less! The children chased the lizards and laughed with delight, we the adults relaxed and enjoyed the laughter from the children. It was nice to leave the Disney dazzle behind and retreat to a comfortable home instead of a cold dreary hotel room. I would HIGHLY recommend this villa (in fact I already have) to everyone.
