| Vistapark Resort is a small exclusive gated community nestled amongst orange groves in the Central Florida highlands and is the perfect location from which to visit all the major theme parks and tourist attractions.
The spacious 3,300 sq.ft. villa can comfortably accommodate families enjoying a holiday together. It has its own on-site management office and security. There is a Reception Centre for check in/out at any time of day or night - no driving around late at night after a long flight searching for that elusive key !!!!! On-site housekeeping staff provide a high quality service and there is always someone available during your stay should you require assistance or just simply directions or information about the many tourist attractions in the locality. The villa is beautifully furnished to the highest standard with 2 master bedrooms each with Jacuzzi bath, walk in shower and double washbasins. There are 2 further Junior en-suite bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all radiating from the galleried landing. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook overlooking the pool, separate dining room, family room with TV/DVD, a living room with hi-fi and queen sofabed as well as a further downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Other features include: 6 TVs, 2 DVD players & DVDs, Hi-fi & CDs, Playstation 2 & Games, All linen, towels & pool towels provided, Bathrobes in Master Bedrooms, Complimentary toiletries in all bathrooms, FREE crib, high chair and car seat. Outside is a fully screened pool and spa with large brick paved pool deck with planters and sun loungers, partially screened by orange trees for your privacy. Covered lanai offer some welcome shade with an electric grill/barbeque and table and chairs for all that outdoor entertaining. It is only a five minute drive to local restaurants and supermarkets, including a new Walmart, and approximately one hour's drive to the Atlantic Ocean or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. There are many 18 hole golf courses within a short distance. Greg Normans Golf Courses and David Leadbetter Golf Academy, located at Champions Gate, are just minutes away by car. It is situated just half an hour's drive from Orlando International Airport, on the US Highway 27 only 1 mile south from the junction with the US Highway 192. |
