| This villa has been decorated throughout in a contemporary style with pastel shades of d�cor and furnishings.
The living room features a large 36 inch colour T.V., home theatre surround sound system, video recorder with video library of over 80 titles, plus CD and DVD player. The kitchen has all the usual appliances but is equipped down to the finest detail with every item you need for your home from home vacation. Georgeous white Corian worktops together with a lilac door give the kitchen a clean fresh look and all appliances were renewed in 2009. The master bedroom has modern high gloss maple furniture with what has been described as the most comfortable bed on the planet. A large en-suite with shower and bath completes the master area. A further 2 double bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with twin beds are served by a second bathroom. all 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms were remodelled in 2009. The beautifully landscaped pool area is this villas most attractive feature. The freeform pool is 30 by 15 and has a large spa. With raised deck areas featuring planters , artificial palm trees and low level plants all of which are stunningly floodlit with colour changing fiber optic spots, together with 3 waterfalls and a fountain gives this pool the wow factor. The pool is totally secluded with no other pools next door or behind. Fencing and hedging create a look of total privacy . The pool faces south so it has sunshine all day long. There are 4 sun loungers for your poolside relaxation together with further seating in the covered lanai. The large lanai is decorated with silk plants, also floodlit at night and has a large patio table and 6 chairs . The pool is transformed at night with 6000 strands of fiber optic light fed by an amazing 9 illuminators. The fountain, waterfalls, pool, spa and the landscaping change colour every few seconds. This amazing night time scene is a one of a kind and is not featured in any other villa in Central florida that we are aware of. |
