Southern Dunes is a security gated community within an easy walk of shops (including a 24 hour supermarket Wal*Mart) and restaurants. This beautiful spacious home offers luxury and comfort and is furnished to a high standard, perfect for families. �The house is air conditioned throughout, and has a large lounge with cathedral ceiling and fan. There are 3 sofas, 32 inch remote control cable T.V. DVD and Stereo CD/Radio casette.This room overlooks the pool deck. High Speed Internet access is available at no charge to our guests. �The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave oven and waste disposal unit. For your convenience there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board . �The Master bedroom is fully furnished with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large walk in wardrobe. There is a ceiling fan and cable T.V. plus Hairdryer �The second bedroom has a queen bed, Cable TV and built in wardrobes. A free standing pedestal fan is provided. �The third bedroom has twin beds and large built in wardrobe, it also benefits from a cable TV & pedestal fan. �Bedrooms two & three share the second, family bathroom with over bath shower and Hairdryer. �All linens and towels are provided (in door use only). �The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting. There is also a security alarm system. �To complete your holiday pleasure there is a fully screened pool (26'x13') and large patio area and sundeck with ample furniture for 6 guests. �Heating of the pool is optional, (but rarely required) for which there is an additional charge. | Do the rental rates and cost of pool heating include sales tax? Yes What is the maximum number of guests that may use the villa at any one time? 6 (plus a baby who can use the travel cot/crib, free of charge) Do you supply golf clubs at the villa? Yes, We have left some old clubs for your free use, however you can rent clubs (better ones!) at any of the local courses, including Southern Dunes. Does the villa rental include golf course fees/membership? Sorry it doesn't. Southern Dunes is available to anybody but you must pay the green fees on the day. However there are often discount vouchers available in local free newspapers, etc. Are the tennis, recreation centre, community pools and children's play area free? Yes. We have supplied 6 tennis rackets at our villa for your free use. Is there a charge for cleaning the villa at the end of our stay? No. Your renatal charge includes the cost of cleaning the home at the end of your stay.. If you require additional maid service, please contact our management company AMI Vacation Homes who will arrange it for you at an additional charge. What deposit is required to secure the rental and when is the balance payment due? A deposit of £150 or $200 for each week to be rented is reuqired to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. Terms & Conditions apply. Available on request. Can you assist with air fares and car rental? Yes. Please let us know your flight and car needs and we can find the best quote for you. (flights from UK only) Does the villa have a view of the golf course or lake? Sorry, No. However it is quite private, so you can relax by your own pool. |
