| Our villa is on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club. It backs onto a protected conservation area of mature woodland. There are no homes behind ours which makes it very private.
Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa incorporating 2 Master bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathroom. This layout makes the property ideal for 2 families wishing to share. In addition to which, both Master Suites have King sized beds (which will hopefully stop those arguments over who gets which bedroom). There is a NEW Games Room to include a Pool table, Air Hockey table, Foosball Table and Competition Dartboard. Great to help occupy you and your children in the evenings. There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands - just take a look at the photos. We have also planted shrubs down each side of the pool cage so that you are also not overlooked from the sides. The outlook is beautiful and you won't hear any traffic noise from the US27 around our villa. After a hard day at the theme parks or shopping in the designer malls why not relax in our beautiful, private pool or let the Jacuzzi / Spa ease away those aches and pains. Then when mealtime arrives perhaps use our luxury gas BBQ and eat outside overlooking the pool and the peace of the conservation area. Bliss!! Did you bring a Cot, Highchair and Stroller / Pushchair with you? If not, don't worry, these are all available FREE OF CHARGE!! We have installed a Wireless DSL broadband connection for those who feel they need to keep in touch with work or just wish to surf the web (also FREE OF CHARGE). Highlands Reserve is one of Orlando's most popular vacation rental and golf destinations. If you are not a golfer, this community also features tennis courts, a community pool, and rolling hills for an enjoyable walk around the homes. You will definitely enjoy this vacation home! Our villa is maintained by an excellent local management company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support 7 days a week. They can also provide additional service including: • A personal chef who is a member of the American Personal Chef Association. He will discuss with you what you would like, will come to the villa with all the necessary tools, groceries, will prepare & cook the meal and then clear up afterwards. He can also provide cooking demonstrations if preferred. • A baby sitting service. This is a professional company who are used by Disney themselves for their resort guests. They will provide baby sitters with appropriately aged toys or games if requested, will accompany a family around the parks if needed, they will sit in with elderly guests while the rest of the family go out for the day. • Chair massages in the comfort of the villa - no having to get up and drive home after a relaxing massage. |
