| Our Villa is brand new for March 2006 and is of the executive deluxe standard. The photos shown are of the exterior and interior of our brand new villa. The villa is just 10 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and only 40 minutes from Sanford Airport. Situated close to junction 14 of the SR417 (Greeneway), it is only minutes to Walt Disney World, Universal and Sea World theme parks so it is in an ideal location. There are supermarkets and dining both formal and informal close by too. Everything you could possibly need is close at hand. We provide free international phone calls and highspeed internet connection.
The villa has had many extras added to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very high standard and children have been catered for too. If they are happy so are you. The villa is two storey - the ground (or first floor) is open plan which keeps it cool and airy. There is a formal living and dining area, a beautiful fitted kitchen with laundry room off, and a very large informal family/living area. The formal living and dining area is situated at the front of the house and is an ideal place to sit and relax in elegant surroundings. The luxury open plan kitchen has been fitted to a very high standard and includes a full size oven and hob, built-in microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils - just about everything you could want in your home away from home. The laundry has a large washer and a large dryer, ironing board and iron. The breakfast area / café ˇdjoins the kitchen and family room and leads through patio doors onto the covered lanai and the magnificent 30 ft south facing swimming pool and spa, which overlook a conservation area. There is plenty of space on the extended deck for the patio furniture and sun loungers. The pool has a child safety screen which can be removed when not required. The villa is due to have privacy fencing erected on both sides leaving the view of the conservation area open. The family room houses a large built ? in entertainment centre which has a 36inch TV, a DVD and VCR entertainment system as well as a music centre. Also on the ground floor is the king size master bedroom with en suite off. This comprises of a large walk-in shower, twin vanity area, garden tub bath and toilet. There is a very large walk-in closet and this bedroom over looks the pool area. All the bedrooms have cable TVs and ceiling fans. Upstairs on the 2nd floor are 4 further bedrooms and a large retreat /games area. The 1st Queen bedroom is exquisitely furnished. It has a queen bed, a walk-in closet and an en suite off. This has a very large walk-in shower, a beautiful vanity unit and toilet. There is also a 28' flat screen TV in this room. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects two further bedrooms. These are a large queen bedded room and a large twin bedded room both of which have built-in wardrobes. The fifth bedroom has twin beds and a built-in wardrobe and is ideal for smaller children having a Mickey Mouse TV & DVD player. The retreat / games area on the second floor is a great place for the older kids or adults to escape to. Here you will find the Foosball table and the PS2, a superb 42' plasma TV and a DVD player. There is a comfortable seating area together with highspeed internet connection. Younger children have been catered for also with plenty of toys, games and DVDs & Videos to entertain them. For the very young there are 2 travel cots and a highchair. All bed linen and towels are also provided. On booking you will receive a DVD of the villa and an information pack. We have a management company locally that will deal with any problems you may have with the villa during your stay. They have a 24-hour cover service should you require it. For added security should you feel that you need it there is an alarm system featuring 2 way communications. The villa is fully air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air heating for those colder days. The pool and spa can be heated on request at an extra cost. |
