As an extra we have included childrens plastic cutlery and plates/bowls. * The first Master Suite is located on the ground floor and has a Queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a huge walk-in shower, twin basins and a large vanity mirror. Additional luxuries include cable television and clock radio, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck. The remaining three bedrooms are all upstairs. The guest master suite has a Queen sized bed and a good sized en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower and a huge luxurious corner bath tub. Both Master suites have no problem with storage space as each has a large walk-in closet. Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds. A built-in closet and drawers in bedroom three and a walk-in closet in bedroom four provides plenty of storage space in each room. Located conveniently next to bedrooms three and four is the homes third bathroom, complete with a bath / shower unit. * The paved pool deck is furnished to the highest standard with chairs, a table and sun beds, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine while enjoying an alfresco lunch with free use of our barbeque, watching the sun set. The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained. For additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, there is security screening all around the pool. |

Our stay in your villa was just wonderful! The villa was just beautiful! It was so relaxing and spacious to hold our two families with plenty of room. After coming home from a hectic day at Disney, it was so peaceful. I think staying in your villa allowed us to keep going to the parks each day for so many hours. The layout of the villa is just perfect. We would stay at your villa again in a heartbeat.
All in all, we thought the experience at your villa was just super. We have told all our friends about it, in fact, it was the highlight of our trip. My youngest, three year old, wants to live at the villa! The kids and the adults just loved it. After this experience of renting a villa, we will never stay in a hotel again. I am sure we will contact you again on our next trip to Disney. Thanks again for a great vacation!

we had a fantastic time in Orlando and staying in a very luxurious home made it all the more special.
The whole villa looked beautiful when we turned up at around 10pm ish, our jaws dropped at the pure luxury we would be relishing in for the next 2 weeks.
The air con made it more like home, the bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, the sitting room was really comfy, the pool was well used for relaxing after a hard day theme park walking, and the kitchen was lovely and clean and very spacious.
We would very much like to return to Orlando next year, funds allowing, and we would have no problems booking with you again

The vacation was wonderful we had a great time. Thanks for sharing your wonderful villa with us. The grandkids loved the pool, in fact one day they didn't want to go to Disney so they could stay and play in the pool. Its a great size. I hope everything was fine, cleaned up the place and washed most of the towels and some sheets. Thanks again we loved the place. MY HUSBAND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE ROOM HE HAD IN IT.

I just sent the payment for the third night at $100.00. Thank you again so much for a wonderful home. We had a small problem on the first night when the keypad didn't respond to the code provided. Thank God the management company called me back with-in half an hour of leaving the message, but besides that small set back we enjoyed the home. My family loved the pool and the pool table as well.

| This was the 2nd year that we went to Orlando and your villa has been by far the best. We really enjoyed staying there and the kids and myself did not want to leave your lovely home. Since returning I have told everyone I know about your place and have recommended that any of them going near Orlando must stay at your place. If we go next year I will definitely contact you first. I also took photos to show everyone so that they could see how lovely it was and maybe they will rent from you also. Thanks for letting us stay there
