| Villa Arancio has 4 bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom, (which includes bath & shower and his & hers vanity units), second master bedroom with Queen size bed, 2 twin rooms, family bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook, family room overlooking the pool, sitting room with sofa bed, dining room seating 8, utility room, pool toilet.
A superb games room includes an 8ft pool table, table football and dartboard. The spacious and comfortable family room has a large wide-screened cable TV and a video/DVD player with DVDs. A portable stereo is availabe for using in any room. The sitting room has a 27' cable TV and Nintendo Game Cube with a selection of games. Included in the master bedroom is a 24' cable TV, and the queen room has a flat screen TV. All bedrooms have a clock radio. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, blender and hand mixer. The villa is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in each room. Wireless broadband internet access is also available in the villa. Both the pool and separate jacuzzi can be heated. Pool towels are available for your use, along with a gas BBQ. The pool is surrounded by a large patio area with covered lanai and ceiling fans. The patio furniture is a deluxe range consisting of table and six chairs, four sun loungers and occasional tables. The whole pool and deck are fully screened which keeps the bugs out, but still lets the sun in. On site there is a children's play area and volleyball court which is free for use of residents and guests. |

| The villa itself was lovely. Beautifully clean and exceptionally well appointed with really useful things like towels and kitchen equipment. It was superior in furnishing, most comfortable and we felt very at home there. I even enjoyed doing the washing! The information folders at the house were extremely useful. The fact that it is not overlooked at all is a HUGE bonus – and one that you could stress on the website. We soon noticed how cramped together other villas were and you would have no privacy. At 430 Dolcetto you feel you are able get away from the world – wonderful.
We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone as it’s great for families of all ages. And if we were to return to Orlando we would certainly stay there again.

| The villa was wonderful. We enjoyed it very much. The welcome grocery pack worked out great for us for supper the first night and everything was so fresh. The location was great, we did find taking the #4 highway much more convenient than up and across the 192.

I could not fault the villa in any way, we found a short cut on our second week by turning left at wallgreens which led us into Champions Gate which is where we stayed on our first holiday to Florida 5 years ago. The villa was so lovely and well furnished, the location was great and the villa was very private. We never realised how close the villas are located to each other until we stayed there.. We are so pleased we booked your villa, there are so many to choose from but yours is lovely.
My In-laws are very particular and even they didn't have any complaints.......... they didn't want to go home after just a week........
Our son turned 3 whilst we were there and we ordered a cake from Publix which was great, they were so lovely. We did all the disney parks and the Clearwater and St Pete's beaches.
All in all we had a brilliant time in your villa, We didn't want to come home.

| Thank you for the use of your villa for our holiday. The villa was lovely - very comfortable, extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed some of the cd's and dvd's supplied, and the games room was an added bonus which afforded several hours of entertainment. The folders provided some very useful recommendations and information, and the 'welcome pack' was very welcome indeed! I particularly appreciated the overall privacy of the garden and pool area.
The management company were very friendly and helpful. They were easy to contact, and responded immediately to our requests.
All in all, we had a terrific holiday, and there are no suggestions I can think of to improve on the service you already provide. I would like to return to Orlando at some point in the future, and will certainly return to your villa if this is the case.
