| Our home is a split plan design which is fully tiled throughout the main living areas and bathrooms with carpeted bedrooms. It has air conditioning and heating throughout together with ceiling fans.
The first master suite has a queen size bed, cable TV, telephone and ceiling fan. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower, wc, vanity unit, hairdryer, and of course the obligatory walk-in wardrobe. The second master suite has a full size bed, cable TV and ceiling fan. There are patio doors leading to the pool area. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, wc, vanity unit, hairdryer. Once again there is a walk-in wardrobe. On the opposite side of the house are two twin bedrooms both with ample hanging space in the wardrobes, clock radios and one room has cable TV. The third bathroom is situated between these two bedrooms and consists of a bath, shower, wc and vanity unit. The kitchen provides all the facilities you will require including a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, blender, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, waste disposal as well as all the pots, pans and utensils you could possibly require. There is a breakfast bar for convenience or alternatively dine at the stylish dining table in the dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room containing a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The lounge/living area consists of valuted cathedral ceilings for extra light and spaciousness together with a ceiling fan. There are sofas and chairs for your comfort whilst watching the TV or DVDs. There is also a convertible double sofa bed. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and pool area. Outside is a 30 foot pool which is perfect for all day sunbathing and into the early evening followed by views of the sunset. There is also a spa for those slightly chilly winter days or evenings. The pool has a depth of 3ft to 6ft and there is a safety fence to keep small children safe. The fence can be removed and stored when not required. The pool can be lit at night. There is plenty of room to relax on the sun loungers around the pool area or at the table and chairs under the covered lanai. Should you still not be worn out after your day out then our games room consists of a dartboard, ping pong table and air hockey.
