| This luxurious, fully air conditioned, villa is ideally situated on Rolling Hills, a quite estate at Formosa Gardens, near Splendid China. It is just 5 minutes from Disney's main entrance. The excellent location offers a quiet estate with conservation area and lake. A 2 minute journey takes you to a variety of shops and restaurants and the varied entertainment situated along Highway 192. There is something for everyone within a very short distance of this very comfortable home from home. It is easy to get to from both Sanford Airport and Orlando International Airport which is just 30 minutes away.
The villa comprises of a family room, lounge, dining room, master bedroom with en-suite, a bonus room, 2 x double bedrooms, a twin bedded room, bathroom, separate laundry room and games room. The family room hosts a large cable TV, video, radio, cassette and CD facilities. A telephone and the control panel for the intercom system are also located in this area. Entrance to the pool and covered lanai area is via the alarmed patio doors. Comfortable seating and a breakfast-bar finish this very popular room with a pool view. The sophisticated dining area is perfect for a quiet, romantic or special dinner. The cool and tasteful decoration will encourage you to linger over a home cooked or professionally prepared meal. The beautiful lounge area provides a comfortable area to sit and relax in. It is a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle. An inviting area for those who crave some quiet time away from the rest of the party. The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a range, microwave, dishwasher, waste-disposal and large refridgerator and freezer with ice-maker. The breakfast-bar and second dining area makes this a popular room to prepare or eat a meal. The luxurious master bedroom hosts a four-poster bed, walk in wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. The en-suite bathroom has his and her wash basins, a bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet. The bonus room is perfect for a young family. It comprises of a queen-size bed and adjoining room with bunk-beds, cable TV, video and games consul. A very pleasant, comfortable and popular room. The bedrooms are completed by two double bedrooms with buit in wardrobes, chests of drawers and cable TV's. A twin bedded room with built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and video facility. All offer a relaxing space for a good night's sleep. A bathroom and separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron completes the living area. An intercom system is fitted throughout the villa, allowing music to be played to all rooms or, ideally for those with young children, the monitoring of the rooms, all from the comfort of the main living area. The south facing pool is 28ft long and has two wall fountains it also hosts an oasis of planting, which gives it that tropical feel. There are ample loungers, tables and chairs for your party to relax on while watching others in the pool, sunbathing or having a poolside snack and chat. For the larger party why not ask about renting two villas side by side, bookings permitting. We can liaise with our neighbours to book their villa (5 Bedroom, south facing pool) for the same period. Within approximately one hours drive are several beaches, for the more adventurous Miami is approximately 260 miles away. With the main airports being reasonably close internal flights can take you to the many varied locations in the United States with very little difficulty. |
