| No one should feel left out in our open plan kitchen, nook and family room. Whether cooking or watching cable tv there is plenty of space for everyone to be together. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, with ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, in fact everything you will need.
A built in closet incorporates the washing machine and tumble dryer. Why not use the glass top table in the nook for casual dining. Patio doors lead out to the covered lanai and pool area. The formal living/dining room with vaulted ceiling and lovely views over the pool and lake has a sofa which converts in to a sofa bed and is ideal as an extra sleeping area or for watching cable tv. There is a dining room table and chairs for a more formal meal. Patio doors lead out to the pool. All living areas have ceramic floor tiles. The master bedroom has an ensuite walk in shower room, w.c., dressing area, twin vanity basins and walk in closet. Relax in the king size bed and watch the cable tv or video or step through the patio doors out to the pool for that early morning or evening swim. Bedroom 2 is a light airy south facing room it has a queen size bed, plenty of drawer space, a built in closet and cable tv. There are lovely views out on to the lake. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, plenty of drawer space, built in closet, cable tv and views of the lake. The second bathroom includes a jacuzzi bath, shower, w.c. and door out on to the pool area. All bedrooms are carpeted. Our large, screened, south facing pool with covered lanai overlooks a beautiful lake and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the attractions. Patio tables, chairs and sun beds are provided around the spacious deck area. A perfect setting for al fresco dining. Pool heating can be arranged if required. |

| I received your letter enclosing my security deposit check and the fridge magnet calendar/card - thank you! They will certainly take up residence on the fridge and remind us of the wonderful week we spent in your villa. I have to say - I think it is the most beautiful holiday home we've stayed in. Your villa was wonderful in a superb location and exactly as described. It was spacious, the pool was the largest we have had in any villa we have stayed in previously and everything was perfect.

| We had a fantastic six weeks holiday and it was made all the more special by our staying in your lovely home. Thank you for allowing us to stay there. It is in such a beautiful situation and we loved just sitting looking at the view and wildlife. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We loved having all that space instead of a hotel room and made use of the pool in the extremely hot weather. We would love to stay there again in the future if we can fit in to your understandably full availability calendar.

| Just to let you know I posted the villa keys yesterday in the envelope you provided. We all had a fantastic holiday which was made even more pleasureable by staying in your villa. It was such an ideal location in a lovely area and contained everything we required for our holiday. We will definately recommend it to family and friends who may be thinking of a holiday in Orlando or if we are planning on returning ourselves.
