| For the golfer with a family, our beautiful villa backing onto the 1st fairway of the championship course, provides the perfect blend of golf and theme parks. The clubhouse, practice area, tennis court, children's play area and community pool are all close by. Our lovely home is furnished and equipped to extremely high standards and you'll feel like Royalty in our magnificent Master suite!
The villa has everything you could want or need for your vacation and is truly a 'home from home'. It comes complete with a fully-fitted and well equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. The exceptionally spacious family room has a large screen TV and Our Mickey themed childrens room will delight our youngest guests. The pool is South West facing, giving you all day sunshine and beautiful sunsets. It is screened from the golf course by pine trees and set into a spacious extended deck which has a screen enclosure to protect you from Florida's insects. Careful landscaping of tropical plants and palm trees ensures your privacy from neighbouring homes without spoiling the views. A private vacation home gives you the ultimate in travel independence, but it does not mean being alone when it comes to needing help and assistance. Our local property managers are always available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. |

Dear Janice
Yes we're back in sunny England. It's not a patch on lovely Florida. We had a great time and your house is just wonderful. The view over the golf course was great, it was quiet and so peaceful. We realised that we didn't fill in the visitors book whilst we were on the way home, so I'll mail you something lovely later on for you to paste into it on your next visit.
I'm off to sleep now, still suffering a bit with jet lag!

Hi Janice....first let me say, thank you for inquiring about our vacation at your home. Your house is VERY beautiful and we all had a fantastic time. We loved the open floor plan of your home. There ended up being 11 of us in the house for the week, and it was very easy for all of us to be in there at the same time.
We absolutely loved your house and would seriously consider renting it from you again when we decide to go back to the Orlando area. One other thing I would like you to know is that Denise and Alan were very nice and very helpful with anything we asked about. Thank you again our vacation was wonderful!!!

I wanted to drop you a quick email to let you know we had a great time in Florida. All 11 of us couldn't wait to see the villa and we were not disappointed in the least once we arrived. My kids loved the Mickey room and my nieces loved the 'Animal Print' room. My husband and I had the master suite and that was wonderful.
There was plenty of room for all of us and I never felt crowded. It was so nice having a pool in the backyard. We really enjoyed our trip and the house was terrific.
I would love to have the chance to stay at your home again. I would also like to say 'Thank You' for your professionalism in answering my many emails and in handling the business affairs with the villa. It has been a pleasure to do business with you and I hope to contact you in the future.

| Hi Janice, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your villa (Jan. 29 to Feb. 5)
…it is a beautiful house!
It had everything we needed and there was plenty of room for everyone. And the location was great…only a short 15-minute drive to Disney World! The weather was great too (only 1 cold day) so we also were able to make use of the heated pool (and I even got in a round of golf at Highlands Reserve).
Thank you for allowing the late check out as well. I would certainly recommend your home to anyone looking to vacation in the Disney area as well as contacting you for any future vacations my family has planned.
