| Welcome to our Florida Rental Villa
Our luxurious, four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community only 12-15 minutes from Walt Disney World. View Location Map - The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is bright and airy with high, vaulted ceilings and is fully air conditioned. For children there is a disney themed bedroom, a travel cot, highchair and pushchair are available for your use. free of charge The south facing pool (this means we get the sun all day) has high quality pool furniture. Pool heating is available if required at an extra charge. There are two master bedrooms, one king and one queen with en suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with shared third bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided. Three of the bedrooms have TV's. Hairdryers are also provided for your use. There is a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen / dining area, complete with fridge freezer, icemaker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils. The kitchen adjoins the comfortable family room with two sofas and a large TV, DVD, Video, Sound system, Playstation with games and a selection of playing cards, books and games, etc. We also now have free WIRELESS Broadband for your use and enjoyment during your stay. There is also a further spacious lounge with sofa bed, TV and formal dining room. There is a laundry room with an iron, ironing board and a large washing machine and tumble dryer. The laundry room leads to a double garage. Guests have use of a community swimming pool; flood-lit tennis courts, volleyball court, and a child's play area. There is a large Supermarket, Pizza & Chinese takeaway, Hairdresser, Nail Salon, Liquor Store and Book Store within three minutes from entrance of Hampton Lakes. And a large new Walmart store 5 minutes north on Highway 27. Our management company will be at your disposal during your stay should you have any problems or questions. |
