| PicadillyPalace is our rental home on Picadilly Circle, in the quaint and quiet community of Lindfields, in warm and sunny Kissimmee, Florida.
Our PicadillyPalace is a Four (4) Bedroom, Two (2) Bath, air-conditioned spacious Florida rental home/villa featuring a private screened-in Lanai and an elegantly tiled and heated large 28ft. pool with panoramic views to a beautiful and serene woodland conservation area. Only 3.5 miles to Walt Disney World and close to the other area attractions that Central Florida has to offer. About an hours drive to the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf Coast beaches. The Master Bedroom Suite has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR, adjoining private sitting area, a private attached bathroom with separate tub, shower and his/hers double sinks. The Second Bedroom Suite has a queen size bed. The remaining Two Bedrooms each have two twin beds, their own cable TV along with a Playstation with games in one and a VCR in the other. All bedrooms are fully furnished with ample closet space. A sofa bed is also available to sleep additional guests, bringing accommodations comfortably to10 guests. A crib and two strollers are available for the little one - free for your use. The house has spacious living areas including a main living room with comfortable seating, tables, lamps, and entertainment center featuring a large screen TV and DVD/VCR; a breakfast area (seats 6); a formal dining room (seats 6); a utility room with washer and dryer; and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. All linens and towels are provided. | How many people can stay at the home ... ? 10 People, maximum, regardless of age are allowed to stay at the home.Sleeping arrangements are for 2 people in each of 4 bedrooms and 2 more on a sleeper sofa.More than 10 people will violate State Fire Regulations and is illegal. What if I need something ... ? For any home related issues, we have a management company that will respond to your needs.We will provide you with the contact information before your arrival.They will provide for access to the home and be able to attend to any home related issues, should they arise while you are there.They will arrange for the home to be clean and presentable before your arrival.And they will clean the home after you leave for the next guests.Should anything be out of place or you notice something that needs to be addressed, you will call them to attend to these issues. PicadillyPalace is very close, within minutes, to two Publix grocery stores, Walgreens pharmacy, liquor stores, gas stations, hair salons, restaurants (including pizza delivery) and a multitude of other stores and specialty shops.Click on the link 'Hwy 192 to Lindfields', in the panel to your left,to see all the stores and attractions that are just a short drive away. What do I need to bring ... ? Bring your clothes and personal items and of course don't forget the kids!Other than food, the home will be ready for you.As noted in the previous question above (what if I need something),PicadillyPalace is close to everything and anything.Items that you forgot to bring can picked up nearby after your arrival.First settle in, decide what you want to eat for the week (or at least the next few days) and then go shopping at the nearby grocery stores.Remember two basic rules, 1) don't overbuy (you can always make a second trip) and 2) eat like royalty since no matter how much you spend at the grocery store for gourmet food it will surely be considerably less money than what you would have spent had you eaten out in a restaurant.And most grocery stores (supermarkets) have prepared gourmet selections at their deli counter, including sandwiches and prepared ready to heat and eat selections. Are you located near DisneyWorld... ? PicadillyPalace is located in the beautiful community of Lindfields (off of Hwy192) between Hwy 27 and Disney's Main Gate West.We are 3.3 miles from Walt Disneyworld. Is the pool heated ... ? The Pool can be heated for an additional charge.Click on the link 'Rental Rates', on the panel to your left, to see current charges to heat the pool during your stay.Pool heat, initially off,can only be switched on after payment is made.It takes the pool approximately 6 - 9 hours to heat up. Is there telephones and TVs ... ? Yes, there are telephones and Local calls continental US long distance calls are free. There is basic cable TV in the living room, bedrooms 3 and 4 along with the master bedroom.There are no premium channels or pay per view options.Basic cable has over 50 channels including many children's channels to choose from. There is a DVD/VCR player in the living room along with a DVD/VCR in the master bedroom for you to watch movies along with an ever-growing library of videos. There is a Sony Playstation in bedroom 3 along with games for your children's (and your) enjoyment and a DVD in bedroom 4. There is a computer with a laser printer/fax/copier/scannerthat is connected to the internet through a high speed DSL connection for you to use.Play online games ... research places to visit ... check email ... have fun! Are villas licensed? Yes, our villa had been inspected and is licensed in the State of Florida and Osceola County (our license hangs in the villa and we can provide proof of licensing on demand) for Short Term Rental.You can be sure that the taxes you pay are forwarded to the State and County on your behalf.Unlicensed villas are not only illegal to stay in, but you run the risk of being evicted as the State and County crack down on unlicensed villas in Florida.Ask before you rent to be sure, and play it safe and only stay in a licensed villa - as is ours. |

| We stayed here for 5 nights! It is perfect for a family or relatives .......centrally located to main attractions BUT gives you the impression you are living in FL off away from everything! Very spacious, clean, all you need for a short stay! BBQ, pool and essentials to get your own cooking, washing done! Perfect will recommend it immediately to families/friends that we book!

| We stayed at Picadilly Paradise for 8 nights. We were very pleased with the house. The pool was great, the house very clean and you can't beat the location. Using the short cut to Disney made it about a 4 minute drive. I would highly recommend staying at this house. It is much better than spending a small fortune at one of the Disney properties! | Just returned from a five day vacation and found this house perfect for our needs. It was very close to everything and exactly as described in the website. House is extremely well maintained and we found the high speed internet access especially useful (I was able to do some X-mas shopping after the children went to bed!!) I would return again and recommend to friends and family. The owner is extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. The management company was also very responsive. | We had a great holiday at Picadilly Palace! It is so close to Disney, yet a wonderful peaceful villa. If you sit out back in the evening you can hear the frogs and see the fireflies. There are many thoughtful touches to make your stay even more enjoyable - check out the pool/air hockey table! | Since we have been guests in your Florida home for the past two months, we felt you might like to be aware of some feelings we have about our stay.
To start,the neighborhood setting is a very positive factor, sidewalks & streetlights are always very welcome. We also like the privacy factor of the wooded area in the rear rather than another home backed up to the pool. All of the rooms are very large & airy with TVs, VCRs & a game boy for diversion. The lanai at the pool is a real plus since it gives you a choice of either sun or shade. The PC with DSL service is great for maintaining E-mail contact & is a great addition.

| We recently stayed in Picadilly Palace for the third time. This is absolutely the best house for families. It is so clean and well equipped. The pool, game table, and video games kept the grandkids busy - and we enjoyed them too. I can't think of any other vacation villa that has so many extras.
