| Imagine a gated estate only 5 miles west of Disney World.
A small community of homes that surrounds two private lakes. At night the surrounding conservation lands make you believe you can't be only minutes from Disney World. You will think you are vacationing in some kind of private resort. The shops , malls, and restaurants of Kissimmee's Highway 192 are only minutes down the road . A neighborhood where the sun never seems to set and millions of stars at night seem to go on forever. This is Sunset Lakes . One of the most excluive addresses next to Disney World. Villabellacasa is proud to be part of this. This villa has two master bedroom suites. The Family room has a 25' colour tv plus a dvd player and a video player. Plus a Sofa bed It joins with the kitchen where every modern appliance is included cooking utensils and dishes are all provited . On the other side of the family room is the second master bedroom plus bathroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds in all done out in a nautical theme . The second master bedroom has it's own colour tv with cable it also has sliding doors that leads out to the pool area so you can have those private cocktails while everyone in the house is asleep. There is a double garage and a laundry room and 1/2bathroom (powder room ) on that side of the house . When you come though the main door there is a fomal living and dining room and stairs leading up to the next floor . The first master bedroom suite as a king size bed and lots of space there is also a colour tv and video player. The specile feature is a private balcony that opens out from the bedroom area where you can look out over the private lake and look at the stars that always seem to shine . A very large en- suite bathroom includes a very large glass shower ,oval bath that is ideal for a lovelly bubble bath and lots of walk in closet space. The master bedroom is like a luxury apartment of it's own. At the other end of the hallway is bedrooms 4 which as a queen size bed and bedroom 5 as two twins also the last bathroom . All the bathrooms have hair dryers We have left the the best feature for the last . Whether it's from the family room or the first floor master bedroom who can not be drawn to the pool or spa.It has a gentle waterfall spa that can soothe your tierd musles at the end of a busy day at the parks. The view across the lake is most refreshing. The pool and spa benefit from the morning and late afternoon sunshine. As a bonus you have a large lanai ( shelted porch) and a large supply of pool furniture. The pool can be heated to 82f during the winter days at an optional price . |
