Formal living/ dining room; this quiet and comfortable lounge provides a seating area with ceiling fan,PS2&Games, cable T.V and D.V.D. player. The formal dining table seats six Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and is galleried from above. It is the ideal spot to relax with the family, enjoy the 52' H/D rear projection sat/cable T.V or a D.V.D. Now with HI DEF channels The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area. Kitchen; the informal breakfast area seats six and also has patio doors leading to the pool ( it also provides a good view of the T.V in the family room!) Equipped with; cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker and phone. The feature archway provides easy food access to the formal dining area. Master bedroom; a king size four poster is the centre piece of this luxury room which over looks the pool area. Ceiling fan, cable T.V, D.V.D player and phone are provided. An en suite master bathroom has his/ hers vanity unit, garden tub, separate shower and w.c. Half bath; with wash basin and w.c. Laundry room; with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Games room/ garage; the kids can escape from the adults, though they too may want to play pool, air hockey & foosball. Pool and spa; the pool area is screened. An 8ft wide lanai spans the back of the villa to provide shade with ceiling fan above. There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a poolside snack or drink. You may prefer to sunbathe on the loungers or relax in the spa. The 30 ft pool and extended deck provide ample space for the children to play, splash and go wild! At night the coloured pool lighting creates a relaxing ambiance. First floor Master bedroom: with king bed, ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D player, leading to the En- suite bathroom, with vanity unit, bath with shower over and w.c. Master bedroom; with queen bed, ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D player. The next door bathroom has vanity unit, bath with shower over and w.c. Animal kingdom twin: animal themed room with twin beds, especially for our younger guests. Ceiling fan, cable T.V and D.V.D player are provided. | 'I just wanted to let you know that we had a WONDERFUL time on our vacation last week. Your home is one of the most beautiful any of us have stayed in. It has all the comforts of home plus, plus, plus! The location is amazing - just minutes to all the attractions and it was so nice to come home every evening after a long day of walking and be able to relax in luxury and have so much space for us to spread out and enjoy. My compliments to your decorator, everything looked so nice. My daughters even loved the toys you have there -- they never even used the ones we brought from home. I just wanted to say thank you for making our vacation one of THE BEST our family (and my sisters too) have ever taken! I look forward to coming back again in the next year or two! | 'You're house was MAGNIFICENT!!!! We absolutely loved it! Everything was perfect!!!!! What a great place! I think I have rented it for you next Christmas for two weeks bc we talked it up so much our neighbors are going to rent it for the holidays. :) Also, some other friends might rent it in May. | My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Orlando at your house.
It was perfect in every way! In fact, on the airline returning to Seattle, all of us in the group (8 in all) remarked that we would not have changed a thing. The facility was absolutely the best stocked (with crib, bikes, games, pool etc) we have seen in our experience. Your company does a great job maintaining it as well! We know how much can happen to a rented house in the owner's absence.
Thank you again for the help. We look forward to be fortunate enough to rent your house again in the future! Maybe on a yearly basis.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Simba's Pride for vacation last week. The house was fantastic and we did not have any issues at all. We washed all but one load of the linens and started the dishwasher before departing on Sunday, so I do hope that the cleaning crew found everything to their liking.
We look forward to future visits for Florida and will definitely be planning to stay at Simba's Pride again.

First of all, I have to thank you for a most memorable vacation my family spent in your beautiful home. We had the most wonderful Christmas and staying in Simba's Pride was a big part of it. We felt as if we were guests in someone's home instead of renting a home. The welcome package of milk, bread, eggs, juice, instant coffee, etc. was a great personal touch and made us feel extremely welcome. Your home is so beautiful and very comfortable. The pool and patio are great. We spent a lot of time in both the pool and hot tub. Paul from the management company was always available for any questions we had and was very accommodating. We had a fabulous time in Florida. Simba's Pride was all that we expected it to be. Your home is beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Some days we had a difficult time convincing our kids that it was necessary to leave Simba's Pride to go to one of the theme parks. Our kids felt very at home in your home.
The villa is so convenient to Disney. Your shortcuts in the information package made our trips much quicker and easier. Emerald Isle is very close to a large number of restaurants and grocery stores. We had little difficulty finding our way around.
We will certainly recommend your villa to any friends or family who are planning a Florida vacation, and we hope to come back for another visit in a couple of years

Just wanted to drop you a line saying thank you very much for letting us share your home. Our family had a great time, and your house was all as advertised. You have a great spot and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the home. There was sadness with the thought of having to come back to our own place. I think I spoiled them there.
I have certainly spread the gospel to co-workers, relatives and acquaintances regarding your place, so hopefully others or maybe our group once again can enjoy the comforts of the home and the attractions of Florida. (We hardly completed Disney, let alone getting to any other attractions)
