| This privately owned luxurious executive home is set on the quiet prestigious residential Hampton Lakes community approximately 11 miles from Disney World and only about 5 minutes drive from supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Communal facilities include tennis court, basketball court, communal swimming pool and children's playground.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. 3 large reception rooms, large kitchen and nook, utility room and double garage, not forgetting the 30ft x 15ft private swimming pool plus Jacuzzi (which can be separately heated at an additional charge), the pool and Jacuzzi are enclosed by a screen measuring 48ft x 21ft, in addition there is a covered porch area of 13ft x 8ft. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (similar to U.K. king size) leading to the large master en-suite bathroom with sink, large oval bath and large shower cubicle, a hairdryer is also provided, this then leads to the adjoining W.C. and sink and also has a door onto the pool area. Also leading from the master bathroom is the very large walk in closet in which is stored a cot, potty and changing mat. The master bedroom also has a color TV., DVD player / video recorder and radio alarm clock. Not forgetting the view onto the pool. Bedroom #2 is a twin bedded room with built in closet. Bedroom #3 is a twin bedded room also with a built in closet. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, color TV / DVD player, radio alarm clock. The second en-suite bathroom with over bath shower is accessed from this bedroom, as also is the walk in closet in which is stored a highchair. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer with diffuser. Bedroom #5 has a queen size bed, 2 chair beds, a radio alarm clock, color TV., and built in closet. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 5 share a third bathroom with over bath shower, a hairdryer is also provided. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and loveseat. The dining room has a dining table to seat eight. The family room has a sofa and loveseat, a 40' HD TV. (with digital cable) a Blu-ray DVD player and a stereo system (5cd, twin cassette and radio). The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc.. Leading to a large eat in area, which has a table to seat six. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, wash basket, iron and ironing board. The swimming pool is 30ft x 15ft and is enclosed by a bug screen of 48ft x 21ft, the extended deck is furnished with 2 round tables, 8 chairs and 4 chaises (loungers). The Jacuzzi is set beside the pool and has under water lighting as has the pool. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated at an extra cost. There is also a covered porch (13ft x 8ft) where shelter can be sought. The double garage has been converted to a games room, there are arcade style games, a pool table, foosbal;, air-hockey, basketball and roll-a-score games to keep kids and adults alike entertained. A hotel type safe is fitted in the master closet and is free to use. |

| Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home. We had a great week and we were very comfortable in your villa and enjoyed the house immensely. The house is very spacious and allowed all of us, plenty of room to relax and just get into the 'vacation' mode!.
We actually were very amused when our 8 year old granddaughter asked us, after being at Magic Kingdom for only 3 hours....... 'now can we go back to our 'house' and swim?' A testament to the great time she had in your pool!!!!!
This was the first time our son and family have vacationed away from their home. We will certainly keep you in mind when planning another Family vacation.
We did comment in the 'Vacation book', ......about what a great time we all had, and the fact that we felt very comfortable and relaxed in your villa. As far as suggestions for you,....you seem to have everything covered from games in the garage to a phone for calling home. P & S,Maine |

| We wanted to send you an email and express thanks to you and your family for the part that you and your house had in making our vacation a great one. We did have very good weather, and we always had a GREAT house to return to each evening. Everything went very smoothly with the whole process of the house rental. | I wanted to write to say just what a fantastic time we had at your lovely home. We had obviously seen your house on your web site but feel this didn't show just how wonderful it really is, sometimes you arrive at your destination only to be disappointed with your accommodation but I can honestly say that your house surpassed our expectations 100%. It is so well equipped that we didn't want for anything more. The pool was fantastic and the children had hours of fun, day and night.
I have already recommended your home to family, friends and acquaintances and we are planning to come back to Florida in a couple of years and hope that Shannon House will be available to us again.
