| Thank you for your interest our luxuriously furnished 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home, situated in the exclusive 'Enclave' of the Emerald Island Resort.
The luxury villa is available for rent and is an ideal base for your Florida holiday or Disney World vacation. We have personally furnished our family vacation home to the exceptionally high standards that you, the discerning traveller, are looking for. Your stay will be both relaxing and comfortable and we hope that the happy memories will linger long after the tan has faded. The accommodation offers 2 king en-suites, 2 queen en-suites, 1 twin en-suite and 1 full size and single bunk combination bed suite. All the rooms are appointed with high quality furnishings. The king and queen suites boast state of the art flat screen televisions. A genuine 5 minutes from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the outside world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination, with millions of visitors a year, has to offer. You are so close to Disney that you can often view Epcot's fantastic evening Firework displays from the 50ft long lanai whilst sipping your favorite cocktail. Universal Studios and Seaworld are just a short 20-minute journey. Emerald Island Resort is a luxurious gated resort community, with manned Gate House, located in West Kissimmee. The community is surrounded by Conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the heart of the community. Once inside, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Emerald Retreat is an up-market and lavish 4,150sq/ft home, the largest model available at the resort. The enormous 60ft x 37ft screened pool deck overlooks miles of wooded conservation area. The southern aspect pool is a sun-trap all year round. The property also sports a kiddies pool plus an 8ft circular spa integrated into the pool design. Powerful jets and fountains play onto the surface of the pool. There is a separate screened area housing the outdoor kitchen, complete with commercial grade gas grill for perfect steaks, chicken and seafood. At night, the pools come alive with their own dazzling display of multi-colored SaM lighting. This is possibly one of most lavish and exclusive Florida villas available for rental and we believe that it caters for your every need. The family room has a comfortable leather sectional sofa with in-built recliners and, for the connoisseur, a high definition (HDTV) rear projection television that delivers a far higher quality and brighter picture than any plasma TV can offer. Coupled with 7.1 channel surround sound you can enjoy High Definition Satellite TV or watch a DVD with stunning audio and visual effects. Over 40 high definition channels to choose from, including major film and sports networks there is something for everyone. An X-Box with two wireless controllers is provided for your added pleasure. A whole-house, integrated stereo audio distribution system is provided so that you can enjoy your favourite radio station or CD in all the key areas of the house, including the poolside porch/lanai area . The volume levels can be controlled in each individual area. Upstairs you will find the designated relaxation area, you can enjoy an invigorating massage in either of the two state of the art massage chairs. A fax machine along with a PC, complete with a high-speed broadband connection to the Internet. The twin-bed room is graced with a Disney Princess themed TV and Game Cube. The full bunk-bed room sports a flat screen TV and a PlayStation 2 games console. The games room is another enjoyable feature with a full size pool table and an air hockey table. The resort facilities are further enhanced at the Clubhouse with an open air heated pool, spa, sauna, multi-gym; a planned sundry shop and snack bar as well as a meeting room for informal gatherings. In the internet café area, computers and video games are provided for guests use. The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature a children's play area adjacent to the Clubhouse, Tennis Courts (scheduled late 2004) and a trail for walking, jogging or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. What size and configuration of beds do you have in the house? 2 King-size Master bedrooms en-suite, 2 Queen size bedrooms en-suite and 2 Themed Twin Suites with a Jack & Jill en-suite. The Girls town room is a princess theme with beautiful canopy beds and the boys is a Disney theme with a twin lower and single top bunk bed. All rooms are lavishly furnished.
