VDL is a quiet, residential, community which has a gated entrance and security staff are on duty 24/7. It boasts a $1m club house which is at the centre of the majority of the communities leisure activities. Citrus Ridge Property Management are also located there and are the management company for a lot of the rented properties This manufactured home community has taken almost 20 years to reach it's full development. There are strict local rules which means the place is very well maintained, clean, safe and secure.
