 | The Hamlets is a small gated community of 51 homes, the majority of which back on to either a conservation area or lake. The community is far enough away from the infamous US192 to be extremely tranquil and quiet, yet close enough to be able to experience the excitement of all the shops and restaurants within a minutes drive.
The Hamlets is located near, to perhaps, the most vibrant part of US192. Two Wal-Mart superstores, where you can buy almost anything are only 5 minutes away with Publix (supermarket) and a Target superstore even closer. Within 10 minutes you can be at other large chain stores such as K Mart and also two superb designer outlet malls, featuring all the famous names. There are numerous restaurants and bars within a 5 minute drive and some top class Golf Courses within easy reach. Disney is around a 10 minute drive, Sea World 15 minutes and Universal 20 minutes. If you fancy the beach, the east coast (including Kennedy Space Centre) is just under 1 hour drive and the west coast (Tampa, Clearwater and St Petersburg) around 1 ½ hours. For guests interested in wildlife, wild turkeys and racoons can be seen in the conservation areas, whilst those backing on to the lake can enjoy watching turtles and gators. There are also lots of different species of birds.
